My shuffle withdrawal has been stuck for 2+ days now. Support has been copy pasting the same message over and over again giving out no clarity as to what is happening. I am fully verified up to Level 3 (Address Verification). You are KYC verified to level 3 simply means that your withdrawal is not stuck because of lack of account verification because if that was the case, they simply would have requested that you go through the verification process to have your money sent to you..

What I suspect might be holding your withdrawal from being processed might be some investigation or something, if you had played and won a significant amount of money recently, the casino may be investigating the win to ensure it's not manipulated and that you didn't cheat.. But the question is, if this is the case, why not let you know and give a timeframe how long you should wait?

Anyways, the above also may not be the reason, I am simply trying to think of a possible thing that could lead to such delays when it's not KYC issue, maybe if the delay continue for few more days and the casino still won't say why, then you create a scam accussation.

Shuffle usually applies a fixed formula for bonuses so if you feel the bonus is lower, there may be other factors to consider. Is it possible that the previous 2 bonuses, such as  Summer bonus and  Pre-monthly bonus will affect this monthly bonus? Sometimes scenarios like this make sense because they don't have an additional budget, just my personal opinion. Oh yeah, we haven't seen @Bitinity say anything about the monthly bonus As we know, his gambling activity is quite good lately so we are curious about the bonus especially if he manages to reach new VIP level. I guess Bitinity is chasing some challenges here using his monthly bonuses.

I can get it, I got the summer bonus too hahaha. These month was big for the codd and other promotion, no wonder the amount was so low comparing to weekly.

Ser, the regular users in the forum don't know who you are, and that will make it hard to tell you anything except to be patient and wait. The casino probably found an issue with your account, and are currently investigating. And if that's truly what's happening, then I believe you need to talk to the casino's admins for security.

Sometimes this works - Go back to chat support, then ask to for a security admin to talk to or someone who could actually look into your account and tell you if there's an issue.

Not too sure what formula they use to calculate this last monthly but it was less than my previous weekly too.
Could be that I had a withdrawal without as much gameplay since the last weekly and so they factor this in. That is only explanation I can possibly think of the reason of it being so low.

Usually they are more bigger.

But, these month we have summer event. A code, summer juice and other give more for the bonuses. IMO have few ways to be count; waggering, PnL, how much bonus you are claim, and event (in some codition).

Thats just my two cent.

Of course, I managed to complete it with my weekly bonus on Thursday. I completed it quickly without losing my weekly bonus. Last night I also managed to hit 582x for the Fury of Anubis tournament and currently standing on 80th in the leaderboard. I wont force myself to get higher multiplier because what I won from the 582x is already more than enough for me. I haven't checked the leaderboard in the last month but i'm sure there is a bug, because I also found another Bug still active there for example a user with the username Cacman currently he is in 27th position and if we check the Bet ID the betting status is ''Cash out'' this should not be valid, right? even if the bet continues he still lost. Well that's why I'm sure the team hasn't checked all the bets yeah maybe after the tournament is over. If I'm not mistaken @Bitinity participated in this tournament but can't find the username on the leaderboard.

Of course you cant find my username because I have not made any winning parlay bet for this tournament lol. I've placed like 5-6 parlay bets during the group stage, I have not made other bets till now. If chasing the LB, better at the time you are on winning.

And maybe bet a bit for just minimum betting hahaha. These kind of promotion are goods at the time we are on winning, don't push a lot while you are on just regular deposit.

I do not monitor the leaderboard as I do not participate so I have no idea if there is disappeared entry on the leaderboard.
There must be a reason if an entry is removed and one of the reason can be a bug or the entry is not qualified for a reason.
About the cashout betslips, I think all will be fixed, at least before the final leaderboard is announced and I believe Shuffle will double check all the entries.

What exactly is that message btw? We don't really have any clarity as to what the issue truly is which is why it's tough to try and help you out here. This sort of stuff usually gets resolved one way or another through their on site customer support itself.

You are clearly a valuable customer for them thanks to your humungous loss stat which is why I advise staying patient and putting pressure on their site customer support for a while.
