I am shocked to check the current monthly bonus because I receive an amount that can be said as much lower than my expectation. I received $12 only for this current monthly bonus while my previous pre-monthly bonus was 5x bigger than the monthly bonus.

I decided to request statistic before claiming the monthly bonus and I see that my total wager for the last 30days is recorded as $42k while the profit remains about $1k although in fact I lost about $300 few days ago. Seems that my loss this week is not giving any effect to the monthly bonus because my profit statistic is not changed much. Honestly speaking, I expected to get monthly bonus more than the latest pre-monthly bonus ($56) but unfortunately the monthly bonus is even lower than my last weekly bonus ($15) lol.

Yeah, your profit is indeed covered by the bonuses. You have received a nice amount from the pre-monthly bonus as well. AFAIK, Shuffle gives a fixed amount as the pre-monthly bonus, and the amount depends on users VIP rank. You must be at a higher VIP rank at Shuffle now as you received $56 from the pre-monthly bonus.

I am currently at Jade 3, more than halfway to Jade 4 which is still long way to go to Sapphire, about $700k wager more to reach Sapphire level. Honestly, I am curious about the level up bonus to Sapphire 1 especially if I can reach it when the "Boost Your Level Up" is still active because there is no detailed information about reward's estimation like what is informed to reach the lower levels. There is information for the regular case only (without the boost promo), approximately $900 for the level up bonus on reaching Sapphire 1.

Sure the level up bonuses at higher vips could make an impact but I'd rather look at the pre monthly bonuses  that's what helped me get to Sapphire lvl range, and although a considerable amount of $700k in wagering may seem like a lot when you're just playing solo, it's easy to see how it adds up over a long period of time when you're playing with friends. If the Boost Your Level Up promotion is running when you level up to Sapphire 1, then it could be more appealing but if you have a definite idea beforehand, that'd be better. Hopefully Shuffle will give more details about the reward, so that players can make an educated guess instead of an educated guess.

I know about those daily drop codes but I am too lazy to claim all those codes especially the $1-$3 codes and I usually waiting for the bigger code ($15-$25) only when I have wagered enough amount for the codes. I I remember it correctly, this current monthly bonus amount is the lowest monthly bonus I have ever received since I started to be Platinum 1 here while I am currently at Jade 3. Simple comparison is with what is received by ralle14, he received almost double amount than me while his account level is Gold 3/4 if I am not mistaken while he also said that he barely wagering recently. Still trying to find a logical reason why I received this low bonus amount

This is really a shocking amount compared to your gameplay statistics. Most probably you received a small bonus for your total bonus claimed amount within last 30 days. You have received some bonuses from the contest and challenges, still it has affected your monthly bonus amount. I have received $8.5 from the monthly bonus with $5.6k wager and $300 losses within the last 30 days.

Imho there are no unexpected losing streaks, and if there are, then you need to change your mindset. Because only thing you can pretty much expect is a losing streak, as it's mathematically more likely then a winning streak or not losing anything.

Playing with bonuses can be a good way to not quit cold turkey, and next time you might want to reconsider depositing only fraction of the amount you planned and recalibrate your level of expectations.

You seem to be reading a bit too much into what he posted. He is obviously aware of losing streaks being more common than winning streaks etc etc and he seemed to imply that he did not expect to lose his deposit promptly thanks to a sudden, unexpected losing streak.

I suggest reading posts in this forum more thoroughly before replying which could help you out way more than you think.

Bit losing opportunity. At least in a weeks with 10,000$ waggering you can get either 30-45$ estimation from the code claim. The monthly was really worst, that's why advising you to claim the code instead.

I forgot to share these, but recommended everyone to participate in Stream Shuffle. I was once selected for their Pick Slots because I got rains in the chat and the Admin/Mod chose me to pick a stream slot. I chose Sweet Bonanza. Yes, correct. Until we get a decent amount, they do Pick Slot maybe at least 5 user.

Stake did that for a long time with Twitch streamers, Rainbet were ahead of the short-form curve, and Duel seem to have suckled directly from the teat of internet meme culture as infants. It's very obvious when a team (or even just a founder) has taste, and understands what good content and brand reputation is - it's also just as obvious when a team doesn't get it. I don't believe that you can be successful here long-term unless you get it.

Checked my email but I do not find the email for the same offer, seems that it is a random promotional offer only as I would have received the same offer if is based on recent loss because I lost my small deposit few days ago or maybe I'm not qualified because of the small deposit.

I was able to claim it without completing any of those requirements after receiving the email. I was normally trying to see what error message the system would give me if I try to claim the bonus without completing the requirement. Surprisingly, I was able to claim the code successfully. I had immediately informed the support team about it before playing with the balance.

Probably most interesting part here is the comparison with other users. The amount of money they won or lost in the past can be very different for each of these two accounts. And yet they'll find that they both earn vastly different payouts for the same amount of money they won at the same time. There could be other factors in the calculation that aren't publicly visible. It would be helpful if the bonus could be compared with a couple months of rewards versus wagers deposits. And activity on a couple of accounts instead of assuming that it's directly related to wager volume. That could be a clue that there is no real pattern or that the rewards are more discretionary than users have anticipated.

Mid-month boost reload bonus has just been distributed, check your email or simply check your VIP rewards page to see if you are eligible for it or not. Honestly speaking, I did not play much since the last monthly bonus because I am quite disappointed with the amount (wagered few thousands buck only) I got.
