You're admitted, it's multiple accounts no matter what's the reason. They will act based term & condition, not gonna process or response anymore for the case already clears especially the user already confirmed by them self opening multiple account.

The terms say that if you create multiple accounts you will get your deposit only back and winnings get confiscated. Which is what should happen to me too. They have promised it in writing. Did you actually read the topic and see the screenshots?

Wow! Shuffle is good because I have seen some casinos that confiscated/banned accounts because of multiple accounts but it f shuffle return your deposit and only block your winning then they have good mind and that is, you didn't lose anything except the account. And I don't know why someone would Open two accounts to play casino. One account is enough to have the fun. You can deposit any amount and place your bets from your account.

There was no need to open multiple accounts to gamble. A user was complaining that a casino blocked/banned his account because of multiple accounts with a very huge amount of money.

First of all the gambler is guilty of multiple accounts operations which is an offense that most casinos kick against and if caught you should consider your accounts gone with all the money in it, but in this case, shuffle promised to have his money in deposits refunded back to him which is something commendable by the shuffle team, but then the gambler complained that the deposits have been returned to his shuffle account balance but he is unable to withdraw it just yet and he is advice to keep in touch with the support to get to the final stage where he finally get his money out of the casino finally.

Avoiding multiple accounts opening is most important all time to avoid such stories of account blockage, because any act of multiple accounts is a big risk to the casino since such accounts could be used to claim bonuses or abuse the games in one way or the other and that is the reason, multiple accounts is prohibited at all cost.

You're absolutely correct on that as multiple account violates most casino's ToS.
Instead of complaining here. I think as you have advised he should keep communicating with the support line of Shuffle casino since he has not been able to withdraw his funds. As promised that is money will be refunded to him.

Even i'm surprised by the total rewards that I got in the past month. After checking my transaction page, I think it's because two monthly bonuses might've been counted, as there was a 28-day gap between the two (Sept. 4 and Oct. 2).

So at least half or two thirds came from the monthly alone, then the rest is from reloads, level-up, airdrop, forum challenges/specials, and rakeback. I guess the house edge on sports is that much bigger, so the rewards are more generous despite having a lower volume.

Lucky you to get the nice rain, I did not watch the stream but today I claimed some bonus codes. Total I got about $30 although I missed some codes because a bit too late to claim them as I was on mobile during my lunch break which made it harder to copy-paste and claim the code faster. I wagered $30k this week, actually I could claim most of the bonus codes but the timing was not that good for me. Sure, some people will be attracted by that. But if token value gets too high, that's probably not the reason why people are buying it for.

Considering that one standard entry for the lottery is $0.25, it wouldn't make much financial sense to buy it with expensive tokens, when you could buy just lottery tickets for years with probably fraction of that money.

And yes, i know the irony of using words financial sense and lottery in same sentence, but you get my point .

But they didn't allow me to claim the code without completing the requirement this time. So, I had made a deposit and completed the small wager requirement to claim it. IDK, this is just my own speculation (could be wrong). I think these kinds of offers are for someone who is not qualified for the Mid-Bonus Reload? I know this is just my speculation, but it's pretty weird for these bonuses. Today, I just got some VIP Bonus from my Shuffle Forum Activity. Tried to boost these for over 100$ already reached halfway but lost the amount on my last bets.

The previous one was done with a mistake because the code can be claimed without fulfilling the requirement and now they send it again to you maybe because you were the one who reported the bug but I also believe that this bonus is also sent to other players who are eligible.

He might have f*d up in more ways then one, because just by him writing this, couldn't Shuffle could just sue him for breaking the contract and refuse to even pay him?

I haven't seen the contract, but i would imagine that their lawyers have thought of some consequences if he breaks the contract.

I don't think not reading the terms isn't a valid defense. That might fly with some misleading / small print on customer protection laws, but this isn't about that.

Yep, 'ryzaadit' assumption could be right here. Like always, I haven't received the mid-monthly bonus from Shuffle today. I have received exclusive reload or bonus codes like that instead of the mid-monthly bonus for my gameplay activity a few many times until now. All I can say that popular casinos are giving new and additional bonuses to the users by reducing the rates of the regular bonuses (weekly or monthly).
