They're an off-shore company incorporated in Seychelles which is pretty much for formalities only because it's pretty easy to incorporate there that even scammers have it.
I can only suggest making noise in as many crypto communities as you can since Bitmex should still let you withdraw. Try to make your post brief but detailed enough for people to get the whole thing and catchy. I would start in their subreddit, see:
