We know say our politician no de try at all but we need to understand that our lives first of all is our individual responsibility, most of these politicians made sacrifices that the average Nigerian will never agree to just to get to that position, and you think they should be too bothered on the masses? As a citizen of a country, there are lots of basic things way government to suppose set in place, for citizens to strive.
1: ELECTRICITY.
Government supposed generate electricity for SMEs and multinational Business to grow, if MTN tell you how much them dey waste on top diesel because there is no sustainable electricity u go shock.  If that your hair Babber tell you how much him dey waste on fuel everyday, because say light no dey, u go shout. Now ask yourself how much dem dey gain.

2: UNEMPLOYMENT AND UNDEREMPLOYMENT.
I believe say, this particular matter we can all relate.
Person go spend years for school, when him finish him go come still go service and come back,  yet no job. Job way person go try see, them go wan under pay the person.  Because say industries no dey, to employ, Government no wan even hear anything about youth empowerment and growth. Meanwhile for other country, once you no get work, e get social support system way go dey pay till you find job.

Census is the head count of people in the Geographical Territory and after counting the total number of people then government would analyze the population data and know the poor in the territory and if anyone that could not support imself, it is the duty of the government to support those ones and dat is in sometimes you are hearing that a state government is giving money to the age people. Then the SEcurity, It is the duty of the government to create convience environment for the citizens to do business to support themselves. And government has fail woefully. How will someone start something meaningful without money or how will someone learn handwork without money, I see so many reasons to blame our politicians and leadears. Honestly, this country na difficult place to live in, and governments no dey try at all. If only the citizens could realize how much power they have though, things might change before tomorrow morning.

Sometimes I wonder, if it was possible to make our country a little bit easier to live in, why haven't we? Government dey wrong the people, the people dey wrong themselves. Speaking of electricity,  yes, we are behind in that aspect, but the entire country sef is behind so I don't even know what to say about that one, but as for employment, I honestly think you'd wait forever if you're waiting for the Nigerian government to grant you jobs.

If you want to blame the government, you should know that there are countries that are better than ours where they still blame their government.  Don't waste your energy on things that would suck it all out, when you can focus on how to either survive or escape the country. our bad governance can not over emphasise, we are dealing with a government that has zero plans for it citizens, but at a point in time in our life when we should know what is good for us, many are scared of starting little help yourself in the way you can learn new things, skills and ideas and let what ever the government may have to offer be a plus to what you already have.

Success permits no excuses and failure permits lots of alibis, anyone who intends being successful in today's world would take advantage of any situation, convert it to his/her advantage and chase his or her goals relentlessly. The moment you start looking for excuses to neglect your duty, then you've started giving chance for an alibi which draws you nearer to failure.
The country is bad, yes, but if you look closely, you'll see some loop holes that you can take advantage of and make good living. Let me sight the smallest example. Dollar is now almost #1200, we're paid in BTC here which has its worth calculated in dollar at exchanges, the dollar is going high, but when we change it to Naira, we make more money. At this point, we should be looking for more hustle that can pay us in foreign currencies that are far valuable than Naira, so when we convert it, we're gaining from the failed economy.

There are many other ways like going into the villages and getting foodstuffs at a cheaper rate, come to cities and sell at normal price, giving you good gains. The politicians have failed us, but if you look closely, you'll see that there are many loop holes that you can benefit from, only if you quit  giving excuses and take responsibility of your success and survival.

      It's quite understandable that  some situations we are in isn't always the citizen's fault. It's even safer to put the blame on the government than on ourselves. Don't forget that nothing last forever in this world, some of the developed countries you are hearing around the world today have some bad politicians like our country but they planned their bad politicians well by eliminated those bad ones to allow their countries to move forward, which the time for such thing to happen to our country is very near.
