Zero communication skills then should be branded a fatal flaw. There need to be room for improvements on that otherwise, they will definitely see unsatisfied customers leaving.
They don't have direct customers, so I don't see who is leaving. They are just affiliates where people go to get link to where they want and the service might also pay to get listed. They earn from referral and other means.

The same team which appears to be inactive here is active on their platform adding new exchanges to their list, went to check if the reported scammed exchange has been removed and I notice eagle swap that's also facing allegations of an $80k swap freeze have also joined their list of instant No KYC exchange.

Why should someone use a casino as a wallet for storing his money? That is something that someone who does not understand how gambling works should do because those who understand knows that keeping large money in a casino balance exposes the money to the risk of being used to gamble which may result in total loss. This is possible beside the risk of the casinos being hacked or something else causing the money to be lost in the casino. The right alway is to only leave money for gambling in the casino and withdraw any other thing immediately.

May be the person is addicted to gambling so he thinks the best way to store his money is to keep it in a casino so that he doesn't need to go through the stress of depositing again to gamble when he wants or the casino is a means of laundering money to him. Let us leave casino hack aside the urge to always gamble on anything will be there when a gambler sees enough money in his balance but there is nothing you could do to stop a gambler who had decided not to use his money for something reasonable so allowing them to take their risk is the only thing that is best for them. A normal gambler will only leave some amount in his balance but keeping big amounts will attract the casino to notice the account it could also make them to suspect the users style of gambling.
big wins
