I've been playing crash on the coins.game using my smartphone and I've encountered the following problems:

1. I initially set my cashout at x100 but decided to cash out at 5x. I'm sure I clicked cashout first because I heard the cashout sound (the sound when you click cashout)  before the crash sound. However, the support team told me that my Internet connection prevented me from cashing out at the desired multiplier.
2. When you set automatic bet and decided to change your bet amount, the previous bet can't be changed even it still  in countdown to make bet. And when you change the  bet amount you thought that you're betting the new one but its not there s visual bug on it. It happens to me I bet 40 TXT but only created 11 TRX equal to my previous bet.

Also since I make deposit again my coins wheel prizes is unlocked like unlocked 1 JET & 1.5 TRX.  🙄

Correct, I really like the bonus structure of this casino if we view the bigger picture. Although their lock JET tokens has a very poor formula to unlock it. Coins.game other bonuses such as Rackeback on instant, daily, weekly and monthly are insanely rewarding due to the rakeback boost. They also have regular promo code drop on telegram that gives 1$ to 2$ per drop daily.

I already ignored the lock JET tokens to unlock all since my 15K wager only unlock around 3JET tokens while I get a lot on rakeback and wheels. Coins.game so far have the best bonus I experience for a short time playing in the casino.

So the problem of crash games on coins.game is that gamblers have issues with their own internet connection and it has nothing to do with the site itself.

Are you sure on that it is why many people will complain about the crash game, they can't have an internet issue at all times. or can they?

I think it is the load on the crash games when many people connect on the game and it crashes. Moreover, this crash may not mean much to the site but for the end user, they are just losing their money on every such freezes

Based on my current progress, I'm currently at 4th rank with $3465 wager and my current percentage progress to 5th rank shown at 23.25%
The requirement to reach 5th rank is $5k wager or $2k if started from the 4th rank because 3k is the requirement to reach the 4th rank.
Mathematically 23.25% from $2000 = $465 which is exactly the amount I have wagered since I reach the 4th rank (3465-3000).
Your case is the same of course, basically you need to wager $40k since you reached your 6th rank because you started it with 10k wager to reach the 6th rank.
Now you have 25,570, means that you have wagered 15,570 since you reached your 6th rank which is excatly 38.93% of 40k.

One more important thing, kindly mention the House Edge or RTP of the in-house games in the description for the transparency.

I was confused as well when I saw it at the first time some time ago but I did not see it as a visual bug as I found the calculation just after I saw it for the first time when I went from rank 2 to rank 3.
I did not share it here because I think that the percentage progress is similar to the other casino where I play but showing showing it together with the wagering statistic which is counted from zero is not balanced with the progress percentage because it is not counted from zero.
So I have to agree that maybe coins.game can remove the wagering statistic or simply show the actual wagering starting from the newest rank with the wagering amount needed for the next rank.

Tbh I don’t count my total wager in the casino and only rely on the percentage on VIP page. This is my first time to encounter that percentage doesn’t match my total wager requirements. I have a good experience playing on this casino because of their daily spin that gives me a good reward per spin which I can convert on more profit when I gamble it.

Thanks for the prompt reply denis! Also I want to report a bug I experienced on playing blackjack house game. The game end even though I still didn’t click stand nor hit while my card is just 15. It happened after I click hit that makes my card count 15 then the website becomes unresponsive.

This happened when the bonus code was announced on telegram channel that possibly makes the website busy. I try to verify the result but I don’t know how to check the final result details except for the lose result.

I’m always encountering this whenever I’m playing games and doing a quick game play. I reported this already to the support but they give me the same feedback as Denis did above. I’m not sure at first what really happened and assume it might be on my end but reading same experience to other user makes me think that theirs really a problem on the house game server since it can’t handle high traffic or fast phase game.
