Update: My deposit is already credited few hours ago and manage to play without any problem. The casino seems back to normal but I really don’t like the current update which my VIP level occupy almost half of my screen on the home page.

The coin.game logo on the top left isn’t clickable anymore as shortcut for the homepage. The current startup page is redundant and I preferred the previous version which is the promotion and featured games is on the home page.

It is still clickable for me, I can click it to go to the homepage, I'm not sure why it isn't clickable for you but it is working fine for me.
The new UI is good but I have to say that I prefer the old one, but maybe it is because it is new so we are not familiar with it yet.

Yes it is too big and I dont think it is necessary to have this level up progress on the homepage because it is available under our own profile.
If it should be there on the home page, resizing it to make it smaller will be better but  I prefer to have it removed and make the shortcut to the Casino and Sports on that position.

I like the new design, it looks good. I don't mind that the VIP progress takes up a little more space, although it could have been handled a little better for sure. But I also expected the original games to be improved, with better options for auto-betting, and live stats. I am not sure if it's just me, but I need to choose numbers for every round when I play Keno. I hope that the team will pay attention to these things in the future!

Auto pick is available on Keno but it needs to be click per round just like what you said. I’m not familiar on the standard of Keno betting in other casino but there’s an auto pick feature on the Keno here.

I support the suggestion to add an option to bet or the keep the same numbers on every bet, I do like keno and I'm a bit surprised to see the keno game in coins.game which is different because it is a multi-players keno game.
Yes it is hard to pick numbers every round with just few seconds limit before the new round start, most keno players will stick into the same numbers for many bets (at least till they hit a target or they feel that the numbers need to be changed).
It will hard to run a strategy to play keno game in coins.game, I hope they will hear this suggestion and implement the suggestion so it will give better experience for keno lovers.
Frankly speaking, I will prefer to see normal keno game like in other casinos than a multi-players keno like this.

This is indeed a nice run if you manage to turn that 17xrp to 50$. You should just play it slow especially in slot games. I notice the 0.5$ base bet on slot which is really high for your bankroll. I rarely use that 0.5$ per bet on slot even though I use 1000$ bankroll since slot games can be very brutal with tons of dead spin.

Setting a target withdrawal while your balance is almost close to it is one of my all time weakness because you will make rush decisions just to quickly complete it until you encounter long lose streak.

Agree to your suggestion. I find clicking auto pick every round a bit hassle if you want to stay on your pick instead of going random. I’m not a fan of this game because I don’t like the random luck mechanics but I can understand the need of having an option to keep same pick.

Yep, 17XRP is the highest result I've ever gotten from a wheel spin. I've never made $50 or $100 from spinning the wheel. Today I also experienced the same thing, because I didn't make another deposit so I only got 1 jet locked from the wheel spin

The coins.game UI needs some work. Especially when it comes to functionality as well as user experience design. The new design of the site is not very intuitive-looking. VIP progress is completely in the way and takes up too much of the screen. Previous posters are saying that some features do not work and there are withdrawal problems. This is probably a problem which might be attributed to the new changes. But still, I expect at least some level of quality assurance before I feel safe depositing any money.

Withdrawal problem was an issue when we had update. That doesn't exist anymore. Otherwise, you would see more questions here.

If majority of people think that VIP progress takes up more space than necessary, then UI/UX designers and developers of coins.game will take care of that problem. UI/UX is a very priority task for every casino to offer a smooth gambling experience to their customers, so I believe that problem will be solved.
I think original games look beautiful. They aren't full of graphic images, they are minimalistic with a good combination of colours that makes me enjoy the game.

Probably you are used to fortunejack, coins.game's UI/UX was similar to theirs. Now seems they changed their style and become more similar to stake.com. I think their UI/UX is still very good, probably at first it's hard for people to get used to that. In overall, I believe that they made this decision to make their user's experience smoother and nicer.
