Investing in tokens on the base network

Investing is not about the network you choose, but whether it is legit or a scam. If you want to invest in BSC, Polygon, ETH network, if you only hope that there will be a pump, I think this is the wrong step. So far, many scams have appeared on the Base network, so you need to do more in-depth research to ensure that the project you choose is a legit project. Base offers cheaper transaction fees than fees on the ETH mainnet, but these cheap fees can be a more comfortable place for scammers. Just like at the beginning of BSC's,  we can easily find honeypot and abandoned tokens. Base will probably experience the same thing. The community interest for Base is very high, it will definitely be an opportunity for scam token developers to take advantage.

well frankly the blockchain itself does affect the investment sometimes, you might figure out that the project deployed in ethereum have higher chance of being successful than the ones being deployed in BSC.
even many considering BSC to be meme coin and shit coin infested blockchain in which definitely gonna reduce the rate of success if a project is truly committed with theirs.
in the case of base, the fact that its new blockchain thats currently in trend, easily make it center of attention nowadays that some projects that deployed their in base definitely got free marketing here.
so where the project is being deployed does indeed affects a lot in this case, even more if its newer coins that needs to garner attention so that it could grow.
certainly you won't be deploying your project in some random blockchain and hope it will turns out to be success.

You have to realise that the new blockchain and the new tokens on it are just hype. When you hear about it from Twitter or other sources, the hype is most likely at the top. That's usually how it happens. Then you think for a while whether to buy or not, and if you buy, the price starts to fall. It has happened many times. If you really see an interesting project, wait until the hype disappears and buy at the bottom.

Actually is not called hype but something completely new where many people like it. A new blockchain and token is a development of the project that follows it from another project, this is like a necessity, so if you were not following and are apathetic towards development, then you will miss out on the future.  If we remember the development of social media in recent years, If Mark and another developer didn't growing up they business, the social media (like facebook) not as tight as the competition now, we just now Friendster and Yahoo Messenger only.

a new base network has recently appeared, and immediately after the appearance, the first tokens on base grew hundreds of times in a day.  So after a few weeks, is it worth investing now in new tokens on this network or not?

Forget new tokens, the more you chase the weirder it gets. I don't forbid buying and investing, but I also feel the Fast pump and it's very slow to go back up. if you can withstand financial emotions that's okay. By the way why don't you just go for the one that is already performing well and should busily expect the new one to be promising.
