Apparently the old chain still works, I was just extremely unlucky and opened the client at block exactly block 40,000 and thought I was in a split.  Nasakioto where are you?

Ignore below - You can not delete your own topics on this board.

Ignore- I started up the client today and it stopped at block 40,000 with 3 connections.  Apparently we are on a switch over, branch, or split. Can I get binaries for the new coin.  I was wondering if I could get binaries for the the following from the ixcoin.org thread?

Ignore- https://github.com/doublec/ixcoin/tree

Ignore- Also, ixcoin.org seems full of spam and not maintained.  I was wondering doublec if you could make binaries for ixcoin too and make a page like i0coin.  Seems Nasakioto went to orbit or something.

Ignore- Here is the old page.  I am not familar with git, but I think the commits need to be pulled into old ixcoin by nasakioto?  https://github.com/ixcoin/ixcoin.  Thus, we could ignore this?

No it is not forked.  I could not find a way to delete the message.  What happened is I opened up my old ixcoin client and it stopped at exactly 40,000.  After 3 minutes I assumed it was split or broken.  However 3 minutes and 1 second it went to 40001 thus this message is a waste space.

However, Thomas Nasakioto, made updates and time warp will be fixed at block 43,000 and merged mining starts at 45,000.  Which is very soon.  So please update.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

You should not be using the patches from my branch as they've not yet been pulled in by ixcoin's creator. There are pull requests for them but they'll have to change the block switchover numbers. If you do use my branch you'll be on a fork which I doubt anyone will contribute to. It's unfortunate that the ixcoin creator didn't action the pull requests after requesting patches and offering the bounty.
