You can try to clean the unit terminals and replug all cables including the power supply because the logs show that the PSU is not communicating well.

I suppose at this point it should be measuring the actual output DC voltage, so this could very well be a dead PSU, if you have a voltage meter set it on voltage DC and check for 12V output on the PSU rail going int other hashboards.

The device works normally when the Orange Pi and SD card are changed. There is an activation serial for the Orange Pi so that it can interact with B8 after installing the system again

Thank you for following up on the problem. Yes, I have two devices. The old Orange Pi part works on both devices without any problems, but when programming a new Orange Pi part, it does not work on any device. Only the hashes give a value of 0.
