I recommend you checking the Overview of Bitcointalk Signature Anti-Spam Campaign Managers.

I personally recommend Hhampuz as he's the one managing the campaign that I am currently in. Also, yahoo is another campaign manager that has managed a lot of campaigns and known doing this stuff.

Both of them are good and can do the job well done, check their threads on that link together with the other managers as well for the rates and negotiations.

I see it the same way. I have worked with both Yahoo and Hhampuz for several years now and can highly recommend both from a campaign participant's perspective.
Who I have not worked with personally is icopress, he also enjoys an excellent reputation in our German-speaking community as a bounty manager and also shows again and again with new ideas that he wants to get the best possible out for both sides - the company behind the campaign and also the campaign participants.

Message sent to OP, I don't think many will want to comply with your requests as far as bid and all that go. I will say that hiring the cheapest offer is not always the smartest thing. You get what you pay for.

The OP promoting a forum website which I think is an undeveloped website since as you can see there is a text error there. The URL is also not safe to browse, fix it first before promoting it. The campaign manager is not a problem here given the selection above and also find a signature designer that looks professional design.

No offense but the forum you are planning to promote looks like a downgrade version of one community on reddit. The format is same with Reddit and nothing to see that much on the forum.

I suggest to improve the forum first before you start advertising it because there’s nothing to do there with limited content available. @Julerz12 is your guy if you want a budget friendly campaign since he manage few campaigns before with not that huge budget.

My opinion OP would be to promote your project using socail media campaign. You project looks like a reddit news scrapper, It would be best in your interest to start a reddit social media campaign than a signature campaign. Above all it is your choice, as I feel you won't be able to generate the required traffic through a signature campaign.

I think he is well aware of that and maybe he needs someone to get a piece of advice on how to properly set up everything here in Bitcointalk He has a hero account he knows how everything works here or has this on his mind but wants to hire a campaign manager first so he can launch his campaign here simultaneously, forum thread, signature campaign, and bounty campaign.

When you see the OP post he is looking for "Bid for running the campaign in BTC:", which clearly states that he is looking for the cheapest manager.

I hope OP (being a hero member on this forum) knows that if he hires a trusted manager, his project will get better exposure as compared to hiring a non-professional newbie person who may charge less but may not be good for the overall campaign.
