Who no whether they offer he money as a bribe that made the DPO to reject the bribe to stand as a good police man that caused his death we don't no, or whether he collected the bribe and later exposed the bad guys that lead to his death we don't no. The reason the DPO was attacked was not known. Nigeria has been brutal like this since many years ago. Pastor has been killed this way before. Boko Haram have slaughtered someone in front of camera while made live for public to see. Even in a relationship, a husband or boyfriend has poured acid on his wife or his girlfriend before. It is very sad on how our security system have become so porous to this extent. I really think the brutal killing of this man was grand conspiracy.

It's very bad that those that stand out to take the risk of saving lives and property of our dear country have been led to cruel brutality of this nature over the years. Remember this man single handedly brought the crisis in Ogoni to a hault.

I think the government have jeopardize and compromised the security of this country by not equipping our security personnel with adequate weapons.

Imagine a situation whereby a criminal or a terrorist is holding a sophisticated weapon and a security personnel is holding a weaker one. It must have been a more serious altercation than this one. You claimed that your lips could not adequately describe the entire situation, but I believe that I have seen brief recordings of the assault and the simultaneous recording of it, and I was troubled by the lads' apparent lack of regard for human life. It even went to the point of killing a DPO, but nothing was done. Currently, my state government has established a task team to address possible problems like this, and other governments should do the same if not it will be more difficult to control.

But concerning this matter nobody knew what happened and what caused the death of the police man but taking the life of someone is very bad. For example police in my area are very annoying, harassing people, taking money from keke drivers unnecessary, some even go ahead to hit the keke light with their gun or stick and I have witnessed this in several occasions and this police officers knowing fully well that some of this keke drivers are cultist and they keep doing the same thing taking money from them. This incidence happened in a place called Ahoada in Rivers State and honestly when I heard the news, some part of me was like "there wouldn't have been this much lawlessness if those at the helm of affairs where doing their duties right".
Now, I'm not in support of such barbaric act but I feel the disregard for the police department began the moment they started extorting money from commercial drivers on the roads.
 The issue of insecurity is a big problem and to be frank, I began to feel for the civilians over there. Is this another issue we need to call the govt out on? I doubt. The worst part is even if these boys are caught, more will be inspired by their "act of bravery" and would want to perpetuate more evil.
