Im looking for co investor in NYC real estate now you need to have about 100k-100m+ to put down.
Im looking for buy to rent mortgage deal we Will do everything legal ways so the USA law will protect you as investor.
I tought i can find someone here who want to get into some interesting project.
Needless to add that central bank rate hikes have reached on peak so it's not bad time to invest.

I'll be interested only about top Luxury real estate in nyc so i can rent out with good price since christmas are coming then Im sure we will have a lot customer demand for the apartments with view over the central park.
Once i'll find the serious person i'll set up everything for the deal fast and we probably fly to NYC.
