I have been involved in online casinos for a few years and recently opened an online casino where we accept crypto. I was supposed to visit your casino for the purpose of checking out what you offer since there’s no image available on your thread to have a glimpse on what you are talking about a Netflix style but the casino doesn’t allowed my country to even just browse the casino for checking purposes.

I’m not sure what license you are using but having my country banned means there’s a lot of country is on the list too since Philippines is commonly allowed to register on any regulated online casino except those casino that exclusive on one country. Maybe try working out on the scope of your license to serve more gambling friendly country? Good luck on your ventures here!

Whatnis the license you are using? I saw on Fatfork post of list of restricted country tha5 even Curacao is restricted so definitely your license is not from curacao.

However, with regards to your online casino, I must say you have great and exciting features in your crypto casino.  If you want to improve them, try checking some of the forum listed reputable crypto casinos online as they have been operating successfully and have been very fun and exciting having all those various games and promotions that totally make their customers stick to them.

Anyway, first, welcome to the forum.
Your targets on what you could improve is quite a long list too but it's better done because those are the basics of a crypto gambling site. About the high-quality customer support that you think you invested too much in, don't worry you will reap the rewards of that later on. Why? Because most gambling sites lack that feature. They are undermanned when it comes to answering queries of their customers so it's good that you are ready for it.

The "self-exclusion or cooling-off" thing, should be optional in my opinion but a pop-up warning could be a good idea if they are gambling heavily. Let the gamblers have a choice on when to stop or set a limit amount after the warning so they will try to slow down.

I really wish I could check out your site but good luck though and I hope you could find a way to cut some of those country restrictions.

I am glad you sought suggestion from this forum; that is a wise decision.  A lot of great suggestions have already been offered here so I will just add few.

First, ensure you come clean and clear the air on the issue of KYC from the beginning. Some casinos have this habit of asking for KYC when customers have huge winning even when they never did that during registration.  This does not show transparency and integrity. 

In addition, a great casino should be free from internal manipulations. There have been few reports of this happening.

Finally, you have to make resources available to do proper marketing of your product. This forum should be one of the best platform for such marketing on the form of signature campaign and reviews.

Same experience from my country side Nigeria and it will be good for business if they spread the tentacles of their license to many more countries.

The forum as a community houses people from many different nationalities and if your license of accessibility is limited to only 15% out of a 100% nationals in the forum that are gamblers then it's obvious you guys won't be getting a liable market here. I doubt people would go all the way around using VPN just access an online casino they know not much about when they already have a plethora of reputable casinos in operation in the forum with ease access.

Well, I cant say anything because I'm not allowed to visit your casino, cant even see how your site looks like so maybe you can add some images in your post to show us especially those who are from restricted countries, at least to show how good your casino is based on your UI.
There is a way to visit your casino through VPN but I dont think people will use VPN just to check your casino first.
I'm not sure why you have so many restricted countries, is it due to the license you use or your own decision to have that long list of restricted countries?
Previously there is another new casino I could not visit as well because of the countries restriction terms, it seems that both your casino and the other one (richy) use the same license.

Seems to be that majority of the gamblers here are in a restricted nation, so it might spell bad for the crypto casino as you might be losing some players from here that might want to check your casinos.

Playing gambling using crypto is fun because we don't need to connect our bank account to the casino, and we can also avoid questions from the bank if there are transactions that are not as usual. Using crypto, we only need to buy the coins on an exchange or online exchange to deposit into our gambling account. It won't take a long time, and it's not like if we deposit money from a bank into a gambling account because there is a verification process from the bank. What makes crypto casinos great is that they can make it easy for crypto gamblers to hide their identity from the casino (at least small gamblers don't need to do KYC for now). But maybe in the future, all gamblers will have to do KYC.

This is a very long list of restricted countries... Serbia is one of them, and I can't access the site. Thanks for sharing the full list, I am sure it took some time for you to open the site. I don't like to joke about using a VPN just to play and deposit in a totally unknown casino.

Well, I think they should look for some solutions... if they wish more players to play on their site.
