- I reserve the right to kick you out for any valid misconduct done by you and deny the payment.

As i can see from the website, the campaign is about to promote a service specialized in managing Ddos attacks. We all know that Ddos attacks are illegal (correct me if am wrong) and it's the reason why the old website stresser.net was seized by FBI. So if it's not the same service then it's an identical copy of it.
According to FBI ; Anyone operating or utilizing a DDoS service is subject to investigation, prosecution, and other law enforcement action:

Booter and stresser services are a form of DDoS-for-hire—advertised in forum communications and available on websites or Dark Web marketplaces—offering malicious actors the ability to attack any Internet-connected target. These services are obtained through a monetary transaction, usually in the form of online payment services or virtual currency. These DDoS botnets are networks of malware-infected computers exploited to make a victim server or network resource unavailable by overloading the device with massive amounts of fake or illegitimate traffic.
