Anyway, I don't think testnet faucets are going to exist for much longer, now that testnet4 is officially a BIP and is being planned for. There will obviously still be testnet coins, but everyone's coins will be wiped out unless they can get some of the new coins.

Testnet Faucets will continue to exists, especially if there is any reason for demand.

Demand = traffic = income

I think faucets that are poorly monitored or aren't funded in some fashion will naturally leak to stronger faucets that are functioning and thriving, like Altquicks.

What about renting some NiceHash capacity and pointing it at a testnet miming pool? Or emailing a faucet and offering to pay to get more. They have to run a miner to generate testnet coins, so their is a real cost involved.
