Which means, that even if some faucets are working right now, they could become worthless, if the network would be resetted.

It does matter.  I was going to donate.

Also, v3 Testnet wouldn't just stop working suddenly.

Finally, v4 Testnet would be easily able to obtain I'd imagine...

People need to be testing, learning, and building.
