It is just an anchor. No signatures are needed. You simply select some UTXO, pick any destination, and broadcast it.

And even if this particular address will be drained (because CPU miners were pushed out by mining pools, so they can no longer refill it inside their coinbase transactions), then there are more puzzles like that, and sometimes, amounts sent to them are bigger, than those, which are requested on forum.

I don't know, how to put it in a more simple way:

1. You pick some input.
2. You choose any outputs you want.
3. You broadcast a transaction.

It is keyless. No public keys are needed, to move those coins. It is as easy as spending coins from https://mempool.space/testnet4/address/tb1qft5p2uhsdcdc3l2ua4ap5qqfg4pjaqlp250x7us7a8qqhrxrxfsqaqh7jw if not easier, because you don't even need to put anything in your witness.

And there are more addresses like that. By trying simple keys and scripts, you can find many coins, flying around, sometimes more, than you request here.

Just because this thread got bumped again, I am just letting you guys know that I got some tBTC as well. I was doing some airdropping last year and looking for test net coins. They were almost unavailable everywhere, but I found a website and bought some testnet coins from there. I am not going to sell them. If someone needs test net coins for testing purposes, you can mention me in this thread in case n0nce is not available. I won't mind if you shoot a DM. But make sure to mention for what purpose you need the test net coin.

Well, if you can satisfy yourself by calling out others, I am glad that I can make you happy. You were not there when I needed some tBTC, and none of the faucets provide more than 0.001 tBTC these days. So I had to buy some for myself and kept some to donate if someone needed it for their project or any other testing purpose. I know it isn't worth anything, but you cannot find it for free when you need it.

When most of the villagers visit big cities, they are surprised to hear that water is worth money and that they have to pay to drink water. They have been drinking water for free for their whole life, and they never imagined they have to pay to drink water one day. That was my thought a decade ago. Things are changing now.
