There are so many things that can kill fun in gambling.Yes it is true that once you win,it Will give you a ginger,a boost that you can do more,and when you loss,it demoralises you.I think the fun in gambling can stop when you have had a very heavy loss.Its only those who have suffered victim of heavy loss,or loosing to cut one of a very huge amount of money that would have changed your life,that will really comprehend what I'm saying here.This happened to me recently,as cut one made me have sleepless night,I was unhappy through out,I drank to try to forget the fact that I have loss to cut one on a lifetime money that would have changed my life.But it is what it is.It will always happen,but the motivation to keep on trying still keeps us going.Atleast one-day,it will be for me.

I agree with that, a lot of people gamble to earn money but they say that they are gambling for fun and I don't really understand why they do this, maybe the reason you've given is why they do it. However, I believe someone who gambles for fun or someone who gambles for money but has a limit for their time and money are both on the safe side since they won't be spending a lot of money and won't be chasing their losses and causing themselves more losses in the process.

If you really see gambling as a form of entertainment and not as a means for you to earn money, then I think that person is still getting entertained. But if you have come to the point where you are stressing yourself in gambling because you wanted to generate money and do not turn that way, then I agree that you should pause or stop because this where most gambling problems are coming from.
