From your three factors, I choose numbers 1 and 2. Those two are good to start buying and selling but you need to analyze to know when to buy and sell. Without an analysis and only acting based on the news, you can get the wrong time to buy and sell and you will not get a profit.

I don't really understand what is the benefit of 3rd point, I think you are referring to the adoption rate. Like the current adoption of the ETFs, and many governments towards BTC. If that's the case then you have mentioned some good factors. As one of the main factors is Bitcoin halving. Because when I was a newbie I did not know about halving and sometimes I think if I had been aware of BTC halving at that time (2018) I would definitely have bought some BTC.

I have shared my story a lot of times, but here is the short version, that I came to know about BTC in 2018 but came to know about this forum in 2021.

Well, the factors on which I mostly keep an eye are BTC halving and the fundamental analysis. As in fundamental Analysis, your 2nd point comes. In which we keep an eye on the world economy and how new companies and adoptions and news are affecting the market and how we can use it for our own benefit. Getting specific to Bitcoin. I don't prefer and recommend (ATLTs) as well to anyone.

As per IMO, I would like to choose the Bitcoin Halving in the current time and the 2nd point for the future perspective. 3rd point carries some weightage as change in the narrative market grows and from the historical data, it's clear as glass that every narrative brings a higher adoption rate.

Moreover, I think sentimental analysis and time-to-time market development awareness are also important.

I did not create a separate topic to share my story of how I came to know about BTC and crypto. But I shared my story whenever I got the opportunity. Actually, I would like to share it again, I tried to spend some time back in 2018 in earning online money. And came to know about crypto and spent a lot of time on many fake and scam projects, mostly spending time on virtual mining of BTC which was a total waste. The most effective of them all for the biggest profits is the use of technical analysis combined with broker leverage, but this comes at the cost of being liquidated should the markets go against you and the downside of this strategy is that it isn't beginner friendly!

But if you are for the idea of trading with technical analysis then best to remove the leverage and buy/sell without the risk of being liquidated and profits are slow and steady.

I don't think that everything boils down to the market sentiments. But I do agree that having only can not affect the price of BTC but it does have some impact on the market. Because everything revolved around the halving of BTC, for example, if a person would have known about halving then he would make a decision that could make him some good profit. In addition dear Hearbit OP, I did not understand your question, market sentiments have no link with charts, in market sentiments there come actions that are based on emotions. For example FOMO etc.

I know it's hard but I'm still trying to be a strong holder and wait for my sale time. And even though sometimes I feel like it's hard, I can still endure it. In the meantime, I can enjoy the price journey over time and not feel rushed.

I believe that's what we all do. Maybe some prefer doing just one out of the two but someone who can afford to do so will probably be doing both. If I have enough money to buy and store Bitcoins for the long term and also do daily trades, I will do both so that I can maximize my profits because the daily trades will give me a small percentage every day while the long-term investment will bring me a good lumpsum of profits when I sell them after the price goes up.

Of course, if the goal is to just hold for a long, continuous accumulation is the priority therefore, regardless of the Bitcoin price, as long as afford to buy, just execute that buy button and then let those BTCs idle for a long. If trading bitcoin on a regular basis, factors should be the preferred time interval to execute the buy and sell. Mostly, I prefer 12-hour monitoring depending on the trend.

Always set goals or sell limit or target on which its always been that ideal on doing such thing rather than on making those kind of holds into those numbers which turns out to be that non-realistic. Whether we do like it or not on which there would really be people who do have those kind of approach on things on which they are really that indeed believing that price could reach it up which sometimes we do know that claims and those numbers in mind is something that plays on that non realistic side or not something that achievable but people do still blindly making out those decisions basing up on what they do believe. Getting some sort of prediction for the future is impossible if you are looking for something that is exact in the end. I believe that we are going to end up with a good return if we end up selling our capital back and then just deal with the profits.
