I don't know if this was fixed as soon as you complained about it or if it was a network error, but I just checked now and notice that everything is working fine, at least from my end. Both the front page image and that of the signups page have loaded successfully. I even went ahead and checked the terms and conditions, and it's now all good as it took less than a minute for the entire pdf file to load completely on my mobile device.

that's weird, I don't use a VPN, my country(the Philippines) is restricted but I can access the casino just fine. The reason why he got the error message on registration is because the casino disabled it but it has been enabled again. At the time when they disable the registration, no one would be able to register and would have received the same error message. So it has nothing to do with restriction or any other thing related to IP, devices, browser, etc. He must be able to register now as the registration is opened/enabled when I write this post.

In most cases, they are not blacked/greyed out but they are displaying normally and customers can often mistaken them as an available provider/game on their country but as soon as they click on it, there will be a noticed that will popped up or the loading screen will just hang. Another confusion for me, what do you mean by positive balance? Do you mean positive points? As I suggested before, you should have better and more detailed information for any contest/promo/tournament you have.
