I'm always betting significant amount when I'm in the losing streak, Let's say only 30% left from my original bankroll after playing 1hr to 4hrs of non-stop Blackjack.

I always bet all-in which is my remaining bankroll that is significant amount for me on a 25% win chance rate bet on dice game. My heart palpitates during this bet and I really love the intense feeling. Most of the time I lose on this but it's really worth it if I win since I recover my original bankroll plus sweet profit of 20% of my bankroll.

I'm always doing this whenever I'm down after long gambling session just to finish with a big bang of surprise. When I lose at least I experience the thrill same with win since I have profit.

Almost every gambler has experienced this feeling because at one point every gambler has gone all in and lost.
Even I have done the same and not once but many times. I gamble and keep losing and at point I go all in.
I don't care about the results after this bet and quit the game no matter I lose or win.
Although I had lost most of the times but I did win few times and still chose to take profit and quit.

I'm guilty on this. But I'm not ashamed since I'm not regularly doing this. It's very rare for me to experience consecutive losses without a win that will deplete my bankroll to this level so I always cherish this opportunity to have this intense gambling experience. I'm gambling to kill boredom aside from profit which is why I sometimes do this without thinking about my bankroll because I only deposit what I can afford to lose.

I didn't mention that this is some sort of strategy. This thread is simply just sharing an experience on this kind of scenario. I'm not actually asking if this experience is good or bad but rather I'm interested to know if other person do this crazy move.  

No, you are not guilty in this matter. It's your money, and you can use it to gamble, whether you bet with small or large bets. And you can make big bets as long as you can accept the risks, and it won't make you regret it. And if you lose, you have to leave immediately and don't let it make you curious about your loss and deposit another amount of money to recover your previous loss. You’ve already said it; you often use this scheme and most of the time you are losing. On my end I believe it is not a good thing to do so; would your rather lose everything for that day or atleast have remains of your money for this day to be used on the next day? I get the idea that we’re driven but having such mindset will just put you in worse situation. You’d be easily be frustrated and too used of betting all you have just for the chance of earning an amount which won’t get back what you have lost. It would be a cycle afterwards that you’d be fine losing all your money for that day. Much better is to set limits for yourself and even set an amount or percentage of your daily gambling money to decide whether it is just a bad day or just unlucky of the game itself. Self restriction is a virtue that not all of us possess. It will always be better to be preventive than to just engage and risk everything. We are just being frustrated in such way and it won’t put us in a better place for sure.

That is it, but gamblers should use the amount of money that they can afford to lose. Example is if I am earning $500 every week, I can use 5% to gamble. If I start gambling with $25 all day long and the balance remain $6.25. I may decide to put the remaining 30% which is $6.25 on gambling at once if I gamble just once in a week during weekend. As long as I do not go against my weekly gambling budget, I do not even care if I lose all the weekly gambling budget.

uhh... this is too reckless and careless for some gamblers, including me, to do and I always try to avoid this because it is too risky for me to do. And I also realized that I was gambling not just this time, but in the following weeks I always wanted to gamble and gamble, so if I went all-in in one game I was very worried if the money wouldn't come back because again I only to get defeated
So in the end I became confused about gambling in the following weeks because I ran out of capital to gamble.
So it's a good idea when we experience consecutive losses, what we have to do is withdraw from gambling as soon as possible, before something worse happens to us, namely even bigger losses in gambling.

And there's the most important highlighted note. Do this thing only if you're seeking thrill and entertainment. That is why you as a participant in gambling on any bet must have first a very specific goal. What is it you are aiming for? Are you there just for fun? Are you there to make money? Are you there to make a living? Are you there to approach it like a business thinking in probabilities?

Because if you just want entertainment then it's reasonable to be a degenerate with your money. But if you are there to make money aiming to have at least a consistent profit, then you must be aware of respecting the risk.

I guess it has nothing to do with our health though, of course it's important to us and we shouldn't take it for granted. But what the OP meant is the thrill here, it's like Bungee jumping or any other thrill sports. And you can see that there are people who enjoyed it.

Only a few of gamblers who dont really mind on losing as long they do able to experience the thrill that they do seek or simply they had really enjoyed the game which it was really that supposed the main reason on why we do gamble and on why its been created which it is really that intended just for "fun" but we know that there are people who dont really like on losing money or the game on which they would really be that too positive that they could really be able to make up some winnings and when they lose then they cant really be just that able to accept it and this is why they would really be that impulsive when it comes to their gambling session

I'm interested what you usually do if that "last bet" turns up to be a winning one. You would obviously stop if you lose but what if otherwise? I've seen people do the same strategy in different games but they decide to keep going when they get lucky on that final bet unless they really have something else to do or when their wife is already mad hehe.

Well, if it turns out a win I guess you'll get back to your regular betting again, unless you're tired and exhausted of the thrill you had and call it a day, then that's a win situation for you, otherwise you'll gonna risk that capital fron lossing again.
I've done it several times before and yes the OP is correct, most of the time you'll end up emptying your bankroll after that 1 last time huge bet because you have mixed emotions and one of those are frustrations, regardless if you feel thrilled with this one last shot, you still can't deny that frustrations will be present.

Having a losing streak makes you bet for more and yes I also did this as long as I’m still on a budget. As a gambler we want that excitement and yes you can have it by increasing your bet even if it you are not losing, just don’t be greedy on chasing losses because you might forget to gamble within your limit.

Health is wealth and whatever activities you want to do you must first have good health to be able to stay ahead in everything,  excessive gambling can indeed lead to high chances of health issues so at that we have to take every possible steps to guide ourselves through all the time and maintain a balance state of mind.

Betting above an amount we can afford to lose is something that should be avoided in all round,  because that could put you in a position that you may not be able to bear since gambling is not a guaranteed activity and it winning is only based on luck.

No, I do not do the same thing as you @OP betting significant amount of my bankroll when my bankroll gone down to a certain percentage.  I bet in a fixed amount manner waiting for my wagering to either give me an insane win by hitting high multiplier or drain down until my bankroll got depleted.  I am not impatient and I don't get triggered when my bankroll had gone down to less than 40% of my initial fund.

This is typical gambling behavior and what casinos bank on.  People always tend to chase their loses with bigger bets causing them to lose big to the casinos.  Last thing they want is a repetitive strategy and holding the line.  Ypu will not win everytime like that so long as you don't go all in all the time you have a shot at beating the book.

Every now and again, yes. I gamble mostly for the entertainment and the thrill of it and so there will be times, and it doesn't have to be me sitting on my last leg about to bet it all, that I bet a significant portion of my bankroll for the hell of it. It's fun, it gets the blood going for me since I don't cheap out on bets like these (and I don't belligerently spend either so don't worry), so the money that I burn is definitely something that for people are significant.

I don't really advise it especially for people who are gambling on a budget or those that are looking to relinquish poor gambling habits as this practice when left uncheck may lead you to even worse gambling behaviors down the line, but for those of us who have already cracked the code on gambling responsibly, this is the way to go if you want to get thrills.

That's not insane since "what if" we really win after dealing with that thrill? I sometimes do that.

Referring to my own experience, especially when I'm really on a bad losing streak after playing for several hours, I sometimes consider going all-in on my remaining bankroll on that particular gambling session since it's like, I'm now wasting time for several hours and nothing good still happening lol.

If I lose after risking an all-in, then stop, go to sleep, and move on.

The feeling is mutual. I do that hoping to change the losing streak scene and environment while gambling for long hours. Sometimes the result is good, sometimes it's bad. We are gambling after all and just taking risks since we are losing in the first place at that particular time.

Doing gambling for long, then still the starting bankroll is not moving at all and worst, still in negative, I'd rather take the risks of betting all those left, around 25% to 30% of the bankroll. If we nailed it, that will change the feeling and will start again being hype to continue.

The only problem is, when I do win after that risky action, it fuels me to gamble more and will not take a break lol.
