I have always been confused about crypto currencies and how they work... how they are stabilised and regulated but with the present plight and constant devaluation of my country's currency, it's safe to say I need to learn, practice and own a safer landing, the banking systems are not helping with constant maintenance levies and network issues. Bitcoin and many other crypto like the stable coins are helping people in countries with inflation like Turkey, Venezuela and many countries in Africa and Asia. If you know that your government are devaluing your local currency, bitcoin and many other cryptocurrencies is what you can go for. Some people see it easy to buy stable coins as they buy some bitcoin but the best against inflation is bitcoin.

The advice that I have for you is to not leave your coins on those centralized exchanges and to protect your noncustodial wallet not to be hacked. If you want a well protected wallet, wallet on airgapped device would be good or buy a hardware wallet.

The first question that comes to mind is: are you here to learn about Bitcoin so you will be able to making money through it? If yes, do you plan to buy and hold it for a profit or you have figured out other ways of making money from Bitcoin? If your plan is to learn to be able to buy, I will suggest you learn about the DCA method of accumulating Bitcoin

Have it in mind never to store your Bitcoin on a centralized exchanqge like Binance, Gate.io, or Kucoin because you don't have access to the private key where you store your Bitcoin. You can store your Bitcoin in a wallet where you fully have 100% control of your Bitcoin, such as a non-custodial wallet like "Electrum wallet".

No need to be confused, you still have plenty of time to learn it if this is your initial journey in crypto. High volatility makes crypto prices unstable and some of the bad conditions that are regulated are only part of it, no one really regulates the crypto market is decentralized. No economic platform is perfect and you also said that continuous devaluation of your country's currency would have a very bad effect. You also need to understand that coming around bitcoin won't add to the value of your money to make you rich very quick. Bitcoin is good for a long term investment if you want better profit from it.  It will be too bad for you to leave your money in the bank for a longtime as savings  because it will keep on losing value but if you can hodl Bitcoin for a longtime it will be profitable for you in the future, you can only achieve this benefit in profit from bitcoin if only you are ready and have good patience.

Gutting value from bitcoin can be challenging for some beginners because they just inquisitive to make money so fast, but if you take your time to understand how bitcoin works you will be very glad for making the right choice embracing bitcoin as a financial option.

You take a good step to take another direction different from your local currency due to constant devaluation and the boring banking system that is not beneficial to you but beneficial to the owners of the bank since they use your money to do business and give out loans with high interest, while bitcoin investment will give you profit and it will not lose value like fiat, and if you invest in a non-custodial wallet, you will be in control of your money, unlike banks that you need to follow due process to get your money back.

Forget the banking system, switch to a decentralized system that cannot be regulated by the government or any authority. Bitcoin can help you get caught up in the inflation that is happening in various countries, switch to an independent system that cannot be regulated or tampered with by the government which keeps society in uncertainty.
Start learning little by little the system that can bring changes to you in managing your finances, there are many things you need to master that are still new to Cryptocurrency technology. I understand your confusion related to your banking system and it is a good option for you to invest it in cryptocurrencies. I see you are interested in cryptocurrency and there is a valid reason behind it. In your country, the devaluation of your local currency occurs and for that, you want to minimize your loss and you are willing to invest it in cryptocurrencies. But bro it's not that simple, Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and can fluctuate at every movement, and you could lose your money. If you are serious about cryptocurrency then I recommend you start more research on it and learn more about it. Once you know about it completely then you will minimize your loss and maybe you will succeed in it. Welcome to the forum. As you already know, adding bitcoin to your portfolio can be a good way to hedge against inflation. My country also suffer from the same problems you speak of, the value of our currency keeps falling down against the US dollar, and this makes the cost of living to go high because we import most of what we consume. Bitcoin is the cheapest way to beat the current system, people living in poor countries understand this the most, that is why Bitcoin is more popular in developing countries than developed nations.

Yes, you are right. Your concern about banking system problems and currency devaluation is a problem that cannot be avoided by everyone. And you are absolutely right, if we want to survive in these uncertain economic conditions we must be able to follow and study existing developments to maintain and improve the value of the assets we own and to establish financial freedom for ourselves.
