These are the two commonest:

On Coingecko, click on bitcoin and click on exchanges to see the exchanges it is listed.
On Coinmarketcap, click on bitcoin and click on markets to see the exchanges it is listed.

Although you should know that bitcoin will be listed on all centralized exchanges.

As Oshosondy states, the above two are the most popular. On the homepages, they still display the average asset prices. CoinMarketCap's price changes are sort of live as compared to coingecko

If you want to view live prices across all exchanges, then the above tools won't help you.

You can also try this: https://bitcoinwisdom.io/

Not all Centralized exchanges were listed there but those top exchanges are there. I doubt you really want to check the entire CEX for that.

Just browse the site and it's not just for coin tracking purposes but rather there are other useful tools there and if you are a trader you can use the indicators and tools there too as part of doing analysis and future strategies.

If you are asking about the coin tracking website or app that I am currently using besides Coingecko and Coinmarketcap, I would recommend Cryptowatch which will give you the price information of all coins in one screen.

It is perfect for large screen use so it displays all Bitcoin and altcoin prices for all CEXs (customizable).

A few weeks ago I found it because @hugeblack shared it when someone asked about Muli-chart in one screen.

I finally found what I was looking for.
It is no longer difficult to monitor all crypto assets and create portfolios, monitoring in one screen with price comparisons on each exchange.

Not only that, it comes with the latest crypto news which helps in Fundamental monitoring.
And it's also available as a mobile app so it's multi-platform.
I would say this is the complete package I found and you gave a good recommendation.

But about coupling EXchange with Cryptowatch, I haven't done it yet because this is my first experience, and whether or not it is safe to connect to my personal exchange.

I believe most platforms or any tracker websites about prices of Bitcoin or any cryptocurrencies are identical  because they only have 1 goal is to show prices of different cryptocurrencies, it is only some matter of speed, easy to use and some accuracy about getting average or real prices on different exchanges.

Yes, this is the standards, as obviously they are the first. So for some who have been in crypto for like 2017, this is the only 2 websites for tracking prices and many more.

But there could be others as well in the wild that hasn't been exposed to us here.

Hehe..that's right. I've also visited https://www.multicoincharts.com, but CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap are the most widely used and are still the mainstay of many people.
And which website is better. It really depends on what you are looking for and need.
And if you need accurate prices and want to see all the relevant information about a coin, I think CoinGecko is the answer. However, if you just want to quickly check the prices of a few coins, CoinMarketCap may be enough. And both can also be said to provide a Bitcoin price tracker which I think is good.

Almost all sites are similar, but they differ in the sources of data and how they are analyzed and presented, but if you are looking for a site that contains the largest possible number of cryptocurrencies, or almost all of them, with an attempt to verify the accuracy of the data, then https://www.coingecko.com is the site you are looking for.
If you want more accurate analyzes or strategies, they are available for a few cryptocurrency pairs and here is tradingview.

It is not the best Bitcoin price tracker, but it is the most comprehensive.

I see that many have already told about all the reputable websites that are used for BTC price tracking. But for me personally, I use coinmarketcap.com. I like the interface and the way they present the data. There are various ways that you can see the price and use analysis. Also at the bottom section, there's an option named Markets in which you can find all the past and present data about where it is listed and what the recent price is. Although it is not the perfect solution because there are always latency and errors that we need to count as well, we have to work with what we have at hand. 

But when you are trading live, try to watch the chart provided by the platform you are using to trade. Anything outside of that platform could give out false or incorrect information which could lead to wrong outcomes.

Hmm, so you want a tracker, https://www.coingecko.com/, https://coinmarketcap.com/ & https://www.cointracker.io/ These are some recommendations as I can see above mostly everyone quoted them, there are a couple of differences between them as from the CMC you can analyze the on-chain-activity as Holder ratio, some other descriptive stats. i.e

These stats can help you in the descriptive analysis even though CMC provides the charting tools as well, on the Coingecko what I like most is the portfolio even its also available in the CMC but the more convenient one is Congecko's. There are some news and social media features as well.

coingecko and coinmarketcap are two of the most commonly used sites for viewing coin prices. Not only are these two sites that can be used to see the price of each coin but there are many sites available to see the price of coins.

I also really like the multicoinchart site for viewing coin price charts. When viewed when opened, you are like a professional trader who is monitoring all price movements of the coins being traded.

OP, you've got the most popular price trackers for Bitcoin that also lists the prices of it from different exchanges so you've got almost complete data from here of what you're asking. But anyway, I'll just say my opinion about the three, coinmarketcap, coingecko and tradingview. So, the first two are really like the holy grail in terms of price trackers that has data from various exchanges. Like many have suggested more website for your enquiry but I prefer to use two of them which is coinmarketcap and coingecko. Coinmarketcap and coingecko are two leading platform when it comes to this one and you’ll see there different prices from different exchanges. Having this site can also give you an idea where to trade better since the volume of trade will be your basis on choosing the site but of course it should be a good exchange. What’s the reason for this one though? Can’t still decide where to trade crypto?
