There are so many things which are bad even if you say that you won't over do them, therefore it's also important to be educated and practice having a good moral. People like that seem to have a gambling addiction that they don't realize. In his mind, he only wanted to gamble and didn't want to do anything else, so if he weren't cured soon, he would end up with an even worse gambling addiction. OP should have made the title 'gambling is not for everyone, only those with a strong mentality are worthy of gambling'.  When you are going to gamble then the thing you have to prepare is capital, after that is a plan and strategy, if you don't have a plan when gambling then you will gamble uncontrollably, you will definitely continue to spend money to play even though you have run out of all the money you have at that time.  Try to pay attention to people who are bankrupt due to gambling, they are definitely people who have no control over themselves and also have no plans in their gambling activities.  gambling is not a bad activity if you have good control over yourself, winning when gambling can be entertainment for your tired mind.

That's just sad that it's like a common thing that we see families break over this argument that someone from them have been a gambling addict and can't solve it through their words.
