Well, I would be happy if the OP isn't a troll at all, and come here to clarify his situation. We don't know who is the "YOU" in his post as well. He didn't even try to reply in this thread to clarify what happened to him, and he experienced getting scammed (if it's true).

Say the name of the scammer/s who scammed you OP. Put the link of his profile here. Benefit of the doubt? I don't think that this is one of those scenarios that we will be giving the OP the benefit of the doubt.

Yeah, all of those are possible. Maybe there will be someone who's gonna react that he's the real one but we highly doubt that as these scammers really are not going to show to the public that they are scammers. Anyway, OP seems to be busy but I think he's aware of the replies here that no one will be able to find out who's the owner of that address but then I suggested him that the funds were all sent to Binance and he can ask if the exchange to cooperate with him.

We can't say for sure if the OP is serious or just playing a well-known game, but non-response and inactivity are never a good sign that the story is true. Also, not providing more details about how the scam was carried out may indicate that the OP is not skilled enough to create a more convincing story.

As for CEX being able to do something, that is true, but the OP would have to prove that the funds are really his, and the question is whether he has control over the address he stated or that address perhaps in the possession of another CEX or online wallet where there is no possibility to sign the message.

Maybe, who knows?  But my guess is that OP posted that stuff, might've read a couple of replies, and then went away for good.

Or this could be a way to get back at someone with that phone number that he posted, which is a stupid thing to do if indeed it is his.  The mods should lock this thread or delete it, because I'm 99.99% sure OP isn't going to come back to it.  If what he wrote is true, he obviously has no idea what the fundamental principles of using crypto are.  Or maybe now he does after paying an expensive education if you know what I'm saying.

The mods will not do anything by themselves, that is, you have to use the "report to moderator" button to expect any reaction. If the mods acted the way you think, they could delete or lock dozens of similar topics in which the OP asks a question and never appears on the forum again. This is not at all strange behavior if we take into account much more experienced users who open a topic and after that do not write a single post in the same one.

I begin more and more inclined to the later, that OP is playing a game. On his opening post, he indicated that the situation is dire, that this is all of his money and it's very important to him, yet he never come back after the post. If I were him and that's all my money, I'll be waiting and following every update on my "complaint" post.

Since the suppose money that was scammed from the OP is gone what should he do now because I really feel for him (that's if is true) or any other person being scammed.
I don't know if the OP was really scammed and he just wanted to raise an alarm with his new account, please don't get me wrong but has the OP come out to say something about this scam accusation? No. And this is page two but yet no response from our dear OP.
And he has only created one post which is this particular thread we're here talking about him being scammed and if this important to him I believe he would have been here saying something, just saying.

Supposing what you're saying is true, I doubt the scammer will return it just because you pleaded them to as there is no incentive for them. If it does, we would have seen significant drops in scam damages. Further, it's unlikely to get the community's backing and/or valueable tip from someone if you're being vague af.

Every case is difficult to solve, if the incident does not include valid and consistent evidence in the solution, especially in cases of fraud.
So the question...?
* do you know the person you are talking about/the scammer, online or in real life.
* How they steal your BTC.
Whether he was hacked or in other categories of factors, I mean buying or trading with that person.
* How do you know this person is here and what is the account name here.

You should not be afraid to reveal something that will cause you loss or be deceived, you need to be detailed and candid about the person, so that the members here can help you, hiding something without being transparent can cause the case to not be resolved/deadlocked.

Suddenly, after a month of opening your accusation you came back from nowhere. So, you still expect people to be interested like they did before and waste their precious time again showing interest in something that doesn't truly seem to interest you?
