If you increase your curiosity or see how big a win you will get when gambling, of course this will influence someone to gamble on sports, or they could also dare to bet because they like the sport itself. I'll play devil's advocate and ask if you have any proof that a person who bets on different sports at once has a greater chance of losing money than a player who makes the same number of bets but chooses only one sport? I think you're making this up.

what you mentioned is a form of "gambling addiction", and I don't think it's gambling that is negative but rather our behavior is too reckless in gambling so that the gambling activity we do becomes a negative thing that has a bad impact on us. And we need to understand about gambling first before we dive into the world of gambling. Really? I don't need to watch every single match to bet on them. There's no real "dividing focus" when you bet on multiple matches all at once.

Many people do it during large events like World Cup or Euro with success because often matches are played at the same time on 2 or more stadiums so you can't even watch both at once, but you can bet on both.

This argument that a gambler has to focus while betting on more sports events on one day is rather baseless.

Number 1 might not be entirely true because bookies sometimes are very trickish when it comes to odd allocation, they are always smart on how they give odds to matches and anytime gamblers see too much difference with other bookies, they try to split the bills and send the rest into other sport bookies just to have more odds multilply by their amount of money to have bigger reward but this is always limited to people that bet huge amount, small amount of money cannot give you anything with this strategy.

Number 2 and 4 is very correct, using to betting platform will only give you more time consumption betting, as you are making selection on this casino, you are also making another selection on the other one, if care is not taken, you will spend your entire day looking for the best games to play and it is even possible that after searching everywhwere, you might not have any game selection to bet on which exactly explain the last part you made in upper case.

I only bet on famous league football which I routinely do every weekend. HK and SGP lottery are also frequent. For financial safety, if someone gives advice then it is good advice. I appreciate and respect it and it goes into the reasons we spend so much money.
The two types of gambling that I still do don't make me feel like I'm spending a lot of money because the target is clear, not because of a compelling desire. No luck, so stop and continue again tomorrow with capital the size of 1 glass of beer.

Just accept the reality that once you decide to gamble, you will surely lose your money at some point. Especially if you cross your limits in gambling, expect that you will only lose all of them and you might still end as a gambling addict. Whether you bet on one sport or another, I think that's only normal for a gambler who knows every game. If you don't win at this sport, then try your luck at the other sport. But never cross beyond your limits, because that will only push you to lose a lot of your money without having any guarantees if you can still recover them or not.

If you know what you are betting that would be fine especially if it is different sports perhaps in sportsbetting. But if you are just guessing around then it is where bigger losses may take place. Also, having multiple bets won’t increase losing and winning percentage;it’ll just increase the amount youare betting and that would reflect to your wina and losses. If you try to place your attention in lots of times all at once, you'll not be able to properly manage your bankroll and thus make multiple decisions that are not financially sound that can lead you to debts. Whoever it is, especially those who have just come to gambling, they must first understand what risks there can be for their money, that's a fact and they must understand it first before entering and gambling. But I think it's different from normal betting which just relies on pure luck in it, it can't be analyzed and just relies on complete luck.
