Do you see anything suspicious about this thread? Apparently, most of the users registered on the same day, almost exactly the same time. And they all choose to reply to this specific thread with some random "interesting, well done, useful, thank you" type unnecessary comment. Their usernames are also of similar pattern. It looked liked possible alt accounts.

Its a classic thread bumping case, in which projects hire "marketing service" Or make accounts by themselves)  to fake the interest in order to attract investors. There are better and worse attempts and the one you shared definitely falls into the latter group. Since this marketing "technique" is completely useless, in a way scammers are scamming other scammers.

And yeah, you should reports those oneliners and they will be deleted and accounts probably nuked as well.

definitely alt accounts, probably even owned by the OP of that thread too. it's not the first time I've seen alt accounts being used to bump, shill or create conversations among themselves in a thread, you'll even see this happening on some of the ANN threads in the gambling board.

What you see there is the textbook definition of lousy shilling with zero efforts put in to the work, for a long time I stopped going there to make fun of them, they are like mushroom.

Yes it's, but for me it's not really worth to tag them because the thread is posted in a section where it's full of spam and scam. If I tag users in that thread, then I should tag 99% of users in Altcoins section.

Hopefully the moderator will consider to give temporary ban to these accounts.

theymos made bumping changes on some boards which include Announcements (Altcoins) these accounts have zero merits and will not affect the topic's pumping.

My guess is to make ANN appear legitimate by giving false good replies that there are some users who have tried the service and it was good.
leaving a warning to alert those who do not know anything about the forum will be sufficient Or he may be a user who knows nothing about the forum and will notice that topic is always at the bottom no matter how hard he bumped it with newbie accounts.

Damn men, the name of the project alone is a joke no wonder they didn't get any response from the community and then decided to chat with themselves, like who the heck just sit down and decides that the name of their project will be "HarryPotterObamaPacman8Inu".

The funny thing about it is that they didn't even wait, the puppeteer didn't have any patience as he made all the post from his puppet account in less than 30 minutes.

Alright, just add "width=" after the img tag and then add your desired sized, don't bother with the height once you set the width everything will auto align.

Even if the moderator does not take immediate action against such users, you can monitor their behavior in the future, and if they continue with the same behavior, report their new posts to the moderator once more. It is also a good idea to leave a neutral tag on their accounts with a reference to a post containing evidence, just like this one.

If you have some solid evidence that these are alt accounts, it is definitely a good reason to slap on a negative tag because that is an abuse of the bounty campaign rules.

Suspicious?  Nah, it's just the typical alt account shitposting, thread-bumping sockpuppetry BS that's been going on in various sections for years now.  It's standard operating procedure for any new project, altcoin, or whatever to get noticed here.

From what I've seen, they usually just do hit-and-run jobs if it's for a specific purpose, and nobody ever knows who's behind any of these various accounts.  Personally I wouldn't bother keeping an eye on anything; I'd just report one or two posts to the mods with a note that the thread is becoming a puppet museum.

Imho, there's not much sense to give them negatives because once you do, they just ditch those and start using new ones for thread bumping. I used to tag those sock puppet farms, but eventually I got bored of that whack-a-mole game so I rather report them to mods and ask for perma ban which often happens when account is brand new.

You should definitely report them to bounty manager and if you have time, you can create a topic and provide the evidence that those accounts are indeed connected and controlled by the same person so at least they might end up with negative tag.

Usual suspects are Vitor Services who I believe are responsible for majority of thread bumping/shilling here.  nutildah idenitified them first years ago and you could track their work across hundreds of ann threads in altcoin board.

Who gonna pay attention to random account that is made to lure investors into scam project and I don't anyone will like to interact with these newbies with their random comment. A reasonable investors can never get attracted with their community, let say someone like me or other reputable member can never be thrilled with any thread that is mostly commented by newbies which you and I knows that is not possible to lure reputable member Into. Other thing I noticed is that it may be a chilling account to promote a particular brands and project for the sake to get paid and risk investors to their shitcoin.

If you look closely well, you will see that this kind of users are the ones that always go after bounties because the requirements for bounties post are lesser, most of them are doing this for them to be able to participate in such, but just as you have suspected, it's likely that they all belong to a single person and if so, such could be termed as spamming and post bursting as well using multiple accounts, i wonder what this forum would have turned to if these people were allowed with freedom of doing what they want.
