I am trying to setup a linux node and while trying to install ubuntu-22.04.3-desktop-amd64 on my laptop I am getting this error while I boot from a USB.

I tried boot able USB with both NTFS and FAT32 file system but same error.

Also tried this fix that this error is because the grub2 version used does not understand the fat32 filesystem that the linux files now use.
So copied \EFI\BOOT contents of ISO image to \EFI\BOOT of the USB, still no success.

Can someone guide me what I am missing?

When you create a bootable USB stick, you shouldn't have to deal with file system choices. Just write the .ISO to the stick, see these instructions.
The file system you need is inside the ISO already, the entire stick will be wiped.

I used balenaEtcher to create Ubuntu boot able USB on another laptop (Mac Book) and that USB worked fine on my laptop for Ubuntu installation. It was my windows OS thats creating problem in creation of boot able ubuntu USB
