I have some part of my investment that I act like this , I believe had been staying in my wallet for more than a year now I cant say how much the value now but I know how much when I start putting it to my Ignore funds.

Maybe this is how good we must treat Bitcoin if we really trust Bitcoin ,  in the past halving I made  a mistake when i constantly checking the value and then when i thought it is the highest then I sell them all.
But now I know how to deal and not taking any amount in that particular part of my investments.

I would agree with you that most of those "investing" in bitcoin should make a purchase/investment and let it ride.  I wish I had taken this advice from myself many years back when bitcoin was around 200 dollars.  That being said if you're good at trading digitial assets, have at it, but most people aren't..so trying to play the market, short term buys and sells here and there are likely less profitable than just buying and holding long term.  IMHO anyhow.
