Unfortunately there's no trusted and reputable mixer to mix USDT, if you search on google you may find few mixers claimed can mix USDT, but I advise you shouldn't use that.

You can either convert your USDT to BTC using Bisq and then use Bitcoin mixer 2023 List Bitcoin Mixers Bitcoin Tumblers Websites or you convert your USDT to XMR.

I believe it is still possible to use Tornado Cash although you will likely encounter problems if you later try to send your mixed coins to a centralized service due to U.S. sanctions.
If your USDT is on Ethereum there is Railgun which can be used to shield your tokens. You can use decentralized exchanges to make a few private swaps and then move those funds into an unshielded wallet.

Unfortunately, there aren't any mixers for the USDT stablecoin, However, you can mix the coin using Instant exchanges and convert to XMR.
I would recommend to you https://exch.cx/ as that will give you the best possible rates as compared to other instant exchanges. However, sometimes they are short in reserves for XMR.

You do not need to mix your XMR. The XMR which you have cannot be traced as to where they come from and where they are deposited. That is why we call XMR, the privacy coin.

I did not see monero/USDT trading pair on Bisq. You can first convert the USDT to bitcoin on an instant exchange, then convert the bitcoin to monero on bisq.network, convert the monero back to bitcoin and exchange the bitcoin back to USDT on an instant exchange.

Use https://bisq.network for the decentralized exchange.

The solutions given above (going through XMR) should work but I must ask, who are you trying to hide your traces from? If it's just the average Joe, then using XMR might be a bit of an overkill, going through any exchange or a centralized service should sufficient.

Sideshift.ai, FixedFloat.com and SimpleSwap.io all support Tron version of USDT as well as Monero. I've used them all without KYC but if you read their terms of service they all mention the possibility of denying your exchange if you are suspected of criminal activity.

The exchange does not have TRC20 USDT. I hope the exchange will support it, it is not that old and they will support more coins later. Only ERC20 USDT that the exchange is supporting for now. You can read what FinneysTrueVision posted, but you should know that coins can be seized on instant exchanges because they are centralized.

How are you even thinking of mixing USDT my friend? Not possible. I know of no legitimate mixer that does so except maybe an instant exchange or cross chain bridge that could block your USDT at anytime they want.

Why use USDT that is highly centralized and not censorship resistant. Please use Bitcoin or atleast monero.

Never heard any of usdt mixers. Since its an erc20 too why not convert first to ethereum then mixed it then convert to usdt after that. I think its the same principle if you want to wash off your address and gain some stablecoins through ethereum network. If Im not mistaken tornado cash has a lot of option but didnt used or tried that out yet.

If asked whether USDT can be mixed? It is best to clarify the question first. USDT cannot be mixed with other coins unless you exchange it first on an exchange, otherwise I don't know. The question is why do you intend to hide it, because too large or want to set aside some USDT, sorry. Comply with your country laws or regulation when you register exchange. Even if you later want to exchange USDT for XMR. Some popular exchange platforms that allow this include Binance, Kraken, and KuCoin. Yes, almost all of them do KYC.
