Sorry for off topic but this one would really be resulting for you not to get any merit because it turns out that you are really begging for it or trying to be forceful.
Let the community members decide whether its helpful or something that worth to be merited on, or else if they do saw that you are really asking for it then

If an exchange is hacked, it will take years to recover your money, so taking a screenshot will be useless in legal claims, unless it is a personal reminder of your balance or some data related to your account.

You can submit a screenshot as evidence to the court, but since it strips it of metadata, it will be difficult or almost impossible to verify it. If you take a picture from your phone, the metadata will be present, which can be verified from the date and time the data was sent, but taking a screenshot will convert this metadata to JPEG and from there nothing can be verified.

I don't think there's anything wrong with taking a screenshot on an exchange like Binance. At least that will help. For example, in my experience, when there was a problem with authentication, the code was always invalid, and I couldn't log in, so what I did was message support and tell them the problem.

When Binance support replied to me, they asked me for my account uid, but I have a screenshot of the uid number. I gave them screenshots when I was withdrawing; if I hadn't had those screenshots, I probably wouldn't have been able to open my account, but somehow the screenshot as evidence helped.

Do you know that by giving a screenshot of your UID, you are creating more issues?

Like support will have to spend time to type your UID than just copy and paste it that is more easily.
Typing it manually from looking at your screenshot can cause typo and inaccuracy too.

For things you give in text, do it in text, don't do it in screenshot.

For your withdrawal history, you can go back to your email and forward Binance emails to you for your past withdrawals or you can regularly export your withdrawal history and save it.

that is true, having screenshot is not the best option. however, it may support your claim if the platform needs other supporting details. just like what was mentioned above. sometimes, support have their own approach of resolving things.

I think taking screenshoots is not require because when you checking your main balance from exchange interface than showing your balance perfectly than you are happy but when you have some lose like sone coins are going down it’s also your main balance down also so it’s not mandatary but you can take screenshots for your infuture life bacause if somehow you accounts god suspends / hacking than you can complaints to exchange teams about your issues and you can show thire your screenshots it’s good for backup your details also.

Each person may have their own habits. There are those who regularly download historical data, there are also those who take screenshots. The aim remains the same, namely to make backups which will be useful for them when problems occur with their account or on the exchange where they put money for trading.
As long as it has a positive aim, why not? However, please note that there are some exchanges that don't provide historical data downloads, so maybe screenshots are another way to backup, or there are some traders who don't know about the history data download feature so they choose screenshots.
