_ Even though am a big fan of Bitcoin, it wouldn't make you filthy rich, unless you have a large capital, the real money is in the Alt where the high risk are, just pick the right one.
This is not entirely correct.
The real money is in Bitcoin. Reason why altcoins tends to make high return investment is because they have low market cap, so a few millions pump will give you many X in return. Can be x5, x10 or x15 depends on how much was use to pump the altcoin.
Bitcoin is already a billion market cap, was ones worty a trillion dollars market cap and with how large the market has grown, if you inject a billion into it, it will not make 2x return of investment at that point but putting $1b into an altcoin of $50 million can make you riches but the pumps don't last and the risk is why, you will likely get played and reap off with a dump later.
_ Be patient because that is the key.
_ Control your risk; people mostly waste their money gambling on trades that gives only 1:1 reward ratio without remember every $1 you waste could be $100 during the bull run or a year time.
_ Learn to sell: you need to learn to cut your loss, even though you are -70% , the left over 30% is reinvested than slowly grinding down to -99% because you are too stubborn to admit you are wrong.
_Dont give up: in crypto you will make bad investment, sometimes you will just be unlucky, just do not give up.
_ Take profit: if you don't take profit how can you be profitable? Don't be greedy, just take profit.
This is what u do tell people or maybe it's because I haven't experienced more of what they saw, that could be the reason why it's easy for me to give them advice but it's always better to take your profit when your investment has been pumed. Take the profit and buy back when the price come down and try again continuesly.
