Real estate na better hustle way dey pay for naija. If you notice price of things dey go up anyhow and e nor dey gree come down. The challenge with real estate investment be say you fit go buy property from person, the person go sell for you and come still sell the same property to four other people or you go dey invest in those fake real estate companies way dey advertise say you fit own your own land with just 100k. All I know is that real estate is a good business. It is an investment and a good way to hedge against inflation in Nigeria. But I am not into it because I think it requires huge amount of money, unlike with the small amount of money that you can use to buy bitcoin.

So before I go tell you some things make I make you understand say difference dey with the way you read about Real estate for online and wetin dey happen for Nigeria. Oyinbo real estate is mostly about buying already built house, office building etc either new ones and they rent am out or old ones and they put small money into am and rebuild the thing to today standards come rent or sell am but Nigeria own is mostly about land with other few people wey get the cash wey dey buy estates and come rent am out dey collect yearly rent. Make we talk about the buying of land aspect of Real estate because na that one cheap pass and they very profitable pass for Nigeria. The business dey very easy to do when you get the cash and do am well, no go alone go buy land because for Nigeria they way you present yourself na so people go threat you. Go with lawyers and witness (men wey get weigh for the community wey you wan buy land) and finalized the deal with your landlord, after that one make your lawyer follow up with other necessary documents to get to make you have full ownership of the land then secure your land with fencing. When you do things like this, even the landlord go fear to wan resell your land.

To answer your question yes, e dey very lucrative but you no go do am like small pikin or e get people's wey be say their only work for life na to dey steal people land with legal or spiritual way and dem go come for you so you need dey prepared. If you get better 5-10 million and land never too cost for your area, brother go buy land and fence am. When development go come your side na when you go know say real estate business na blood money. Land wey you buy 1 million fit give you 5/10 million when you commot all expenses from the land. , this na based on my own personal experience with people wey dey into the business..

Na for real estate I see say person fit do business from January till december and like that for several years without recording any losses.

But the downside of the business be say, no be the kind business wey small money fit start, based on how expensive things are in Nigeria today, person go need like 20 to 30 million naira to start real estate business, and another thing wey person gats know again be say, no be every area wey person dey na im such business dey sell out quickly, whether na land or houses, rentage or lease, there are some areas wey no dey liquid enough to make real estate business a Para Para business, so the person will gats to know this and arrange him or her self well to avoid rush in, rush out.

The real estate business na better one and I dey even hear real estate companies say the area still dey untapped for business. Wetin I surely know say na wey don dey for long and old people don ignorantly invest in it for long when them go build house put tenant and from there dey feed and train children for school. Real estate is making people and I think that is one of the trending businesses currently and that comes with a good bag of money it is not only in Nigeria but it is a global thing houses are a necessity that plenty of people need, it is just like a product you can not do without just like food too, because if you go to most of the major cities see most of the building in some estates for places like Abuja were you see good buildings in term of quality and standard but in term of affordability is not affordable at all how can an ordinary man be able to buy a house worth of 200 to 400 million and even more no be juju be that.

Dey get some places wey be say if u wan run all those businesses, you no go too enjoy am but I know say real Estate dey move well for Abuja, Lagos, and I hear say e dey move for Port Harcourt also but I never go Port Harcourt before. Most state wey be say na just state civil servants full am, real estate business no dey really move for places like that.

Real housing no be something wey u go talk say u wan start with like 10 million, e just be like say u no wan do anything, and you know d kind wahala wey u go do, and d connection wey u go get, before bank carry 2 million give u. The best alternative for people wey never get money na to invest in land. Well said but real estate does not necessarily mean you must own an estate with 1000 houses in one location. In real estate business, one can have houses in different location within a city. As for the maintenance, I do really think, there must be a signed agreement.

Real Estate na  block money, especially when your estate dey developed area. Tinubu our president is the richest landlord in Nigeria because him invest into real estate, I believe say na with this investment make people dey respect am till today as the investment dey generate steady funds for am. When Tinubu na Lagos state president at 201. He use Lagos state money build low cost housing estate for many government workers based on their ministry and after he commit for sit, Baba sideline the new government say na him money him use build those properties and say no be Lagos state properties. Everybody must live inside house both poor and rich and na this make real estate be very nice investment and it is an hedge against inflation too.
