Maybe not everyone can do the same thing as you do. I never have regrets. Most times I follow my gambling budget. It is only on rare occasions that I go with my instincts and bet above that. If I win, I am happy. If I don't, I move on. What's there to regret.

It is normal to regret when you would have won big if you staked a higher some but we have to note that you can also lose the game. It is better to be contended with what you win at any given time to avoid over-gambling. In my case, I follow my own discipline and do not deviate from it in any way.
