But even though the child's parents will sue the casino because they refuse to pay the child's winnings on the grounds that they did not write down the prohibition in the ToS, it seems like it will only be in vain because the casino will usually always win when in court because the casino will also use reliable lawyers and have many money to solve the problem.
However, if the parents threaten to take action in court, it seems to depend on the law in the country whether minors can gamble and if the state law says minors are prohibited from gambling, I think the parents' efforts will be in vain.

In the gambling platform, there are different stories every day across the world. This 16 years Nigerian citizen used his school fees to play bet and was planning to win big amount so he can use it to solve other problems but along the line he loss everything and he went to the contact of the company and begged them to refund the money back to him because it is his school fees. Is it possible for the company to refund the money to the boy? As for me it is not possible because the played the game and loss. And also the boy was too small to gamble because gambling is meant for mature mind because you have you to face things like and when you loss, you have to move on. And these are some the reasons why casinos always specifying that before you play gamble, you must be above 18 years plus  that is in short form 18+ and some people and sportsbooks ignore this warning and this is one off the result.          -   You have already answered your own question: Why would the casino refund the gambler's money if he did not break any rules? Then that is a mistake of a Nigerian. Why would he think of growing his money in gambling as if he was sure that he would win and grow the money when he was holding the money at that time?

It seems that he took stupid action here. Sorry for the term I used, because that's what he did. Yes, we are here because he has a problem. Didn't he think that gambling is a place where luck is the only reason why you win? Why did he think he was lucky the day he played? It wouldn't matter if the gambling platform itself did something really wrong.

Whether the casino will give the winnings of the kids or not, we never know but I believe consulting a lawyer is the best action here.  It would be biased if the casino wouldn't return the lost funds of a minor when they won't let a minor collect it winnings.  More or less What Gozie51 stated may do, having the guardian or parents claim the kids prize.  But mostly the bet will be void because minor's bet is illegal and illegal bets are often voided.

He just lost it fair and square. Unless that casino gives him a refund, it's on their decision but I don't think that they'll ever do that. Because other losers will also ask for the same thing and will reason out that it's for their medication expenses, for rent, for mortgages and what more?

That's why it's better not to give it back to the kid and need him to learn the lesson that he shouldn't gamble with the money that he doesn't own or else, this is the consequence that he deserves to learn.

If in good faith of that casino that they'll return the money, better to do it privately.

There's no sense that this would really be pushed through legal matter because i dont see for those complainant would really be able to win with this case because the casino would really be having the rights or everything would really be that final considering that you had made out a bet on a platform whether you are a kid or an adult then results would really be that final and something that cant really be changed. It did really just turns out that people are really that too having those false sympathy into a kid just because he did make out such mistake on betting and the worst it is really that intended for his school fees or expenses on which it is really that impossible that you arent that aware on how gambling works or how it do operates.

Even with your young mind then it would be impossible that you wont be able to point out even using up your common sense that everything had been bet would be considered final
and results whether it would really be a win or lose then it would be always final. There's no point on fighting on something which you do know that you
dont have the rights on making out such complaint. hehe

I don't think there will ever be a refund in a case such as this because the company actually had restrictions for underage gambling and more over gambling in a young age is actually not supported and the reason would be one as follows as the particular case here, young children mild are not as strong and they easily get influenced and even addicted to such act and this is a perfect example of why there is a age boundary or limitation to gambling.
