I've invested in a lot of shitcoins in the past and the reason why they failed is because they are all bad projects, some projects that are so useful today are all from.2019 and 2020, like Matic, Avalanche, Solana, there is no way you would have lose money investing in the projects unless you held them through the bull market and they dump, but still they are building.

These projects are not as strong as Bitcoin, that's a fact but it's ridiculous to believe that all other alternative coins are bad, instead of joining the crew of alt haters I use them to make money than Bitcoin and buy more Bitcoin with my gains.

Many people are already hating on Bitcoin Ordinals because of the transaction fee, some are calling it shitcoin type of 2023 but let's wait and see how many will make crazy gains from Ordinals, I believe it's going to happen, they might die later but if you know how the whole market works you will do so better.

Simply put, its dumb to say "only Bitcoin is decentralized" for multiple reasons. You are arbitrarily defining what decentralization entails to make sure that only BTC meets this definition. Rather, its a granular scale, from most centralized to most decentralized.

It's not like I didn't know there were some decentralized coins apart from Bitcoin. I know that. But If you look at the number of Cryptos and the number of decentralized coins, I guess the percentage is less than 2%. Again, you're not defining what "centralized" vs. "decentralized" entails... You are projecting some arbitrary, unknown standard. There's definitely different metrics by which decentralization can be measured, which in addition to what I mentioned earlier also include mining pools as a % of total hash rate, the service providers of node hosting, and % of coin supply held by individual wallets. All of these things can affect a cryptocurrency's level of centralization/decentralization.

Those who have less risk appetite should stick with bitcoin. Because fluctuations in price of bitcoin is less as there are lot of individuals and companies truly believe in this.

But there are some people who have good risk appetite. They can get higher rewards as well by investing in alt coin. Here also, you have to select the alt coin after lot of research and go with coins with solid founders and a good use case.
