I have a dream of helping people and like yours ? if given a chance of winning in lottery then for sure Mate I will Have a  Shelter for Abandoned Kids and Elderly .
I always love giving small things for Homeless so what more if I become a billionaire , maybe not only shelter but I will also start a farm , with Beans , fishes and meats so I can produce foods for all of them.

While you have a good sentiment, it is impossible to eradicate poverty and food hunger just by yourself alone. Providing houses and feeding programs would not solve poverty. You are only providing temporary solution to a life-long problem. What less-privileged people need is a sustainable lifestyle. They need education and job opportunities. You can only truly help someone get out of poverty but no matter how rich you are, I don’t think you can eradicate all of poverty in the world.

When I become a billionaire, I would also try my best to help the maximum people I can. I would donate in various cause groups. I want to donate in schools and maybe pick some students I would make scholars. Help yourself and help others. You won’t be bringing your money with you when you are dead.

i don't know what you ate this morning so you can think like this. but even buddha himself, if he were alive today, he would not have built houses and fed all the poor people he met, because poverty is part of society and you cannot get rid of it even when you become a billionaire. because the problem of poverty is a complex thing and you cannot solve it by giving a house or food to all poor people. sometimes the problem of poverty is a matter of the person's mindset that no matter how hard you try to help, they will still be poor.

Undoubtedly great. Not only great thoughts but it needs a great heart to think such things. Although i know that I'm not gonna billionaire but we do can such thing without having millions of dollar right? Building school, hospital needs a lots of money but atleast we can a few help people by giving food or help them to repair their house or giving them cloth. Such things aren't our goal, actually such things are our duty as a human being. but alas! Most of the People who have billions, don't have time to think about poor.

Because I've been there in the lowest and that's why if I've got some extra, I would give back if I can but of course. I have my own standards too on who are those that I'll be giving mine.

I agree, sadly, many content creators have been doing poverty porn and they make money out of it. That's why if I'll be giving back to anyone, it's best to just stay silent and let the Creator return the favor to me.

There are many things that you can do help others, and not just limited on unconditional transfers.  Unconditional transfers are directly giving goods or money to people sithout any requirements.  There is a risk that people will become dependent to the givers and will not work to generate their own income.  Hence, it is also important to aide them to learn how to get their own source of income.  One proverb says that if you want to feed a person for a long time, you need to teach the person how to fish because giving him fish will just let him survive for another day.

I kept blocking those who are using poor for their content to make them look helpful while exposing the poorness of each family and people.

This is why I only watch those giving without any knowledge of what and how those family is having Like Dawson og bigdawstv and Juan from ThatWasEpic because they are just doing what  they can do to give back each time.
