My housemate only won $300 worth of RLB coins while registering. I opened an account in July this year. My housemate has been registered for maybe 1 year. I have been betting, withdrawing and depositing money since July. I didn't encounter any problems. I withdrew money 43 times. I deposited money about 15 times. I placed more than 400 bets. When I woke up today, I realized that I could not withdraw money. I contacted support. They closed my account 1 hour ago. I did not have any fraudulent behavior. We both verified our account. We are two separate people. ok you can close my account. Ok . But you can't take my money. please someone help me. I will cry out of anger. please please please

When you contacted the support, did they make any mention of anything relating to multi-accounting as your offence, or did they just lock the account without giving you any reason why the account was locked?

I'm asking because I can't find their statement in your OP. Maybe you are assuming that because you are living in the same place as someone who has an active account with them, multi-accounting should be your case, but I doubt that can be the case considering the fact that you claimed you and your friend have already passed the KYC procedure to prove your identity and single ownership.
 
Try reaching out to the support services and see their responses; maybe you will know the next step to take. They also have an announcement thread here and a representative, which should make it possible for them to also follow up on your case here on the forum.

Most casinos do not allow more than one account per IP or household. However, I didn't see this mentioned in Rollbit's terms, so this shouldn't apply to you - especially if both accounts passed the KYC checks.

Contact them again and post their reason for closure here.

Yes, there are accusations like that too. But I'm absolutely sure we didn't log in from the same device. We didn't open it, but let's say we did. We are both separate people. that's okay too. My roommate had ID verification. Then my roommate suggested it to me and I registered. and I verified my identity. We are two completely different people. I have no fraudulent transactions. From the reply from the support that you have,  is stated that the account is banned permanently and that means you may not be able to withdraw your money from the site at this moment using your own normal withdrawal feature since you don't have access to the account any more, I belief of the support/team want to do anything to help is possibly have your balance sent to you automatically.
But then you have violated the terms and conditions which stand against multiple accounts, so I don't think the support will attend to you any further since you already got the latest response which states reasons for your account closer.

I have been contacting support non-stop for 1 hour. I'm constantly creating new messages. It says "seen" under my messages, but they never respond to any of my messages.

There is even a Razer person in this forum with the same name as Razer, on the Rollbit site, which is online now. Most likely the same person as Razer here. They do their best not to answer. They see what I write, but they definitely do not respond. Because they know I don't cheat. The only thing they blame me for is that my roommate and I use the same internet. Everything is open and honest.

The only thing they accuse me of is that two people with KYC verification are using the same internet. It is not written that I made a fraudulent bet, I do not do such a thing. They cannot tell me that me did. Even though they see my writings, they do not respond to what I write.

It is unfortunate OP but I was thinking you could have been able to use your own personal network while making use of the casino. Of lately, complaints of this nature have been coming forth from members here and it seems casinos are  not really ready to give into those excuse as a reason for sharing same network. Many accounts have been banned and suspended for this same reasons but for the fact that you both have done KYC , possibly you might be given a chance to prove your points. I think the attention of their representative should be brought here for further actions.

Lastly, you can quote reply in one post not one for one. Do well to provide enough evidence and since this is a scam accusations, you should move this topic to scam accusations board for further discussions as here is not the right place for this topic.

The way you placed your bets must have caught their attention. The moment they noticed that there were more accounts coming from the same IP address, it caused a red flag for them.
You (both) should probably be careful with Stake if you use the same betting system

No we dont use same system . My housemate bet only on tennis. Only tennis . And i bet only on football bets.Admin razer can check this . There are different things.

@OP, the casino already responded to you. You had multiple accounts and were limited on 1 in their sportsbook. Instead of accepting that, you made another account and tried to break the rules surpassing the limits set on your 1st account.

Before you go answering me crying saying you are 2 different people, I'm not buying it. I'm sure you had a friend sign up and make a separate account so if asked you could provide documents, but I think both accounts were likely in your control. I could be wrong but this is my feeling.

Sorry there is no way anyone can help you out of this, next time when you plan to gamble on any casino you will use only one account or risk getting the same result you got right now, I hope you learn from this.

Rollbit is clean and people like you can't tarnish their image, not until they really do something bad, but for now, their reputation is good.
