Provable fairness should be mandated by law! ONLY gamble in provably fair casino

From what i understand the fiat casinos are heavily regulated by actual 'gaming comissions' and players have an actual course of complaint against the books,

However most of us here play on crypto casinos which have the curacao license which doesnt really mean much,

Regulation of crypto casinos like the fiat casinos could be good in  the 'provably fair' sense but it also will make negatives like loss of privacy for crypto players 

What I gather from this thread is that even in this forum, Bitcointalk many people aren't familiar with how cryptography can irrefutably prove the fairness of a wager through the provably fair system.

Licenses don't really guarantee randomness. And if an online casino was to skew randomness against you, for example applying different odds when you bet big, there would be no way to prove it without provable fairness...

In my case, since I only place sports bets, I don't need to worry about games that depend on luck that are in casinos, that way I won't be cheated by the casino. In the big leagues that I bet on there is no way to have fixed games, so the results of the game are fair, the team that performs best and scores the most goals on the field will be the team that wins. While in theory I strongly agree with you I think that the casinos always will have an upper edge and most slot providers now are offering adjustable RTP and the casino can adjust the RTP to their liking and tell us in the game description another RTP,we have absolutely no way to find out which RTP the casino is using and as such we cannot evaluate if the slot is being run in a provably fair mode or not.The slot provider will surely not give us the client seed,server seed,hash and any other thing needed to prove that the game or the spin was a provably fair one.

In other luck games most casinos,reputable casinos are offering all that is needed to dictate if it is a provably fair game or not.

Your words are very surprising, why do you say that we have absolutely no way to find out which RTP the casino is using Almost 99% of the slots display their RTP inside the game into an information tab. Do you think we shouldn't trust their figures? Usually several versions of one game with different RTPs are offered by 3rd party providers and casinos choose which one they want to use. But the RTP of the version is always available somewhere in the game normally.

I should say most of those government licensed casinos have claimed that they have adopted this provably fair system, but in reality they are not the ones who’s capable to say it, but the gamblers and their loyal customers who have experienced most often in their casinos. And to be honest, it’s only in their paper but only few have practiced it. But in order for some casinos to be trustworthy and be more reputable on the eyes of its customers, I guess adopting provably fair system should be more internalized rather than making self claims.

We can apply that suspicious thing if we refer to the games owned and provided by the online casino itself.

But what if those games are provided by a game provider? Nowadays, most online casino games are being provided by those game providers. Is there any way to audit these game providers to ensure the fairness of their online games?

I don't think these companies will ruin their business by rigging these games regardless of whether it's owned by a casino or provided by a game provider. Maybe it's just that gamblers blame the fairness of these games on their consecutive losses thinking it's easy to win decently in gambling.

The funny thing is that in many occasions, this happens under government issued licenses. It seems as though even government officials don't care to protect their citizens... When a simple solution exists to irrefutably PROVE the randomness of all games, why would politicians and cronies licensing those games be OK with leaving the door open for online casinos to cheat on their citizens without anyone noticing? Who knows what corruption might be at play here.

Do government really license casinos to monitor the activities of the casino and make sure that their citizens are being treated fair, no I don’t think so they might present it to be that way but they are not really out their to do that, all I see the government so much care about is what they are to gain from the casino the taxes and every other means they can use to obtain money from the casino and their citizens who are playing their.

The only time I believe the government pay attention to what happens in the casino is if some people who play lot of game and have reasonable amount to file a case against the casino for their unfair game result that was noticed by the player maybe that’s the only time some pros will be assigned to observe what’s going on in their and see if their is some fair judgment which could be given.
