Instead of paying someone to pass on KYC, why you just can't do that on your own? You'll have more trouble if it's not yourself that will do the verification per se.
It’s either he came from restricted country or he is doing shady transactions such as money laundering on his account that’s why he can’t do his own KYC verification because there’s no sense to hire and pay someone that he can do alone without any problem.
@OP, I’m not sure what you are trying to pullout here but completing KYC verification on different device and IP will sure raise an alarm to the casino since it’s different from the original data which you use when you register and play. Can you explain what’s this kind of experimented thing because this is new to me.
Let's wait for him to answer but it's better for those that are in restricted area, better to ask the casino first if they're going to allow that through email or simply contact support.
Because with these type of concerns, it's most likely that there's a shady activity that's probably being done although that's just an speculation and we'll never know it actually unless OP answer's it honestly.
If there's someone that would like to do it for him, at least we've tried to say what we wanna say.
