8bet.io refusing to process cashout

What happened:About a week ago i was awarded 99 free spins on 8bet.io. The condition on withdrawal was to wager the winning X40 which i have done . After requesting a withdrawal it was never processed. I emailed but no response. I contacted them on telegram but even after reading my message they don't respond. After doing some googling it seems the admin seem to reply on this forum. :

I believe they will respond into your case because they've taking care many accusations against them.

It looks like ignoring message isn't nothing new for them since there's an user had a same experience like you.

If you look at the thread you linked to your post properly you’ll see that they did respond^[1] to the thread and we got to know what really happened and the user that came up with the accusation thread was not truthful so there’s nothing for them to discuss further in that thread.

Another things is that the representative account has been inactive for quite some time now so I don’t think they’ll be able to get any information about this thread and since he (the Op) already tried telegram he should also include the link to this thread and see if they’ll be any difference.

I saw this similar thread on the gambling board. If the accused account, which happens to be the casino representative, appears to be inactive, I think either the OP or any member can just send a PM here on the forum.

If they happen to use a valid email, at least the mail notification could be able to drag back their attention here on the forum, as the PM will be detailed enough with the accusations thread included on it, as there have been many cases of that nature where the accused happens to be inactive, and PMs usually trigger their attention. This method can be used if their support fails to respond through Telegram.

I see you have linked the profiles associated with that site, have you sent them a PM notifying them of this thread? I seriously doubt that they are scamming anyone over 50$. It's possible, but any site trying to make it (even if exit scamming) is not going to screw someone over for less than $50.

I'd say send a pm, see if you can get a response. If no response, bump this thread after a few days.

There are times that this platforms maybe going through alot on security challenges or making some site maintenance which may lead to having some difficult moments with their services, am not saying this to support them out but i think it's what is most common with other platforms as well, in this situation, try to be a little more patient with them, while you await a response from their contacts, also if you must choose a platform, make sure you're very satisfied with their reputation and trust before using them.

You said you have been playing there for more than two years and you withdrew from them without any issues. Therefore, I think they deserve to be given the benefit of the doubt and to give them some more time before jumping to conclusions and calling them scammers.

So before I ever deposited. I was able to withdraw a 100. I was on the site a few years now. I've never tried try to withdraw until recently. I was able to withdraw a100 that I won from a promo. No problem, how's able to withdraw 100 coin?  That I won from a promotiown ocean. That I won from a promotion.
And probably 3 weeks ago now so probably 5 weeks ago now I deposited. 100 doge tried to withdraw 1200 after I made several 6-900 doge depos that day and I never received it. I hunk support got sick of me asking about it on every channel finally I got a reply back said its probably a risk management thing and mind you support was one super responsive I had a very good relationship ship with 8b3t email  team now just ghosted besides the 1 shitty.reply in 5 weeks

Their live chat button on the website is just for the show. I have never seen them replying there EVER. And yes, they have processed my withdrawals before that's why i waited a week to see may be they will eventually respond but they never did. It's been 9 days so far.

If you say that you have been with them since 2021 and have not had any problems during this long period and you have withdrawn before without problems, then there must be a problem or an acceptable excuse this time.

If they have been working well during all that period, they must have gained a good reputation, so it does not make sense for them to suddenly turn into a scam. You have to wait a little while and keep trying to contact them. There may be a problem with your account or a misunderstanding, or there may be other reasons preventing them from contacting you or Reply right now.

8Bet is supposed to be their personal representative on this forum but his last post was on the 10th of January and he didn't login here for more than 3 months. If he didn't log in he can't read your pm.
8betnews is most likely a bot used to post updates and notifications about promotions and contests. He doesn't even reply to members' comments in their official thread. Don't waste your time trying to message him.

They used "clever" techniques to avoid usual detection, but made several mistakes and got caught by out systems. We have reviewed the case and confirm abuse.

User has now been blocked from the site.

Note that this account is overall in profit on 8bet.io so we do not see a need for any further refund or compensation.

You shouldn't have any complaints against them as you have abused their free bonuses. Moreover, you are in profit there. I trust the statement of 8Bet representative as we have rarely seen scam accusations against them.

Clearly you don’t read the last reply of 8bet here on your thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5469506.msg63000776#msg63000776. The problem is not about completing the wagering requirements but rather your abused of promotion using multiple account.
