In as much as we pay good attention to money related stuffs, and other activities of our lives, we mustn't neglect our health care. It's important that we try our possible best to visit a doctor ones in a while, with the current happening situations going on in our economy, it's advise to check your BP once in a while, Grin so you don't collapse off the terrible new from the feeds.
Salt being one of the most important and widely use seasoning, however has its advantages and disadvantages. It has been discovered that salt consumption in high quantities has boosted a high rate of cardiovascular disease amongst the Europeans. To tell how dangerous this high consumption of slat can effect a human, about 10,000 death are recorded daily from cardiovascular disease which is caused by the excessive intake of salt. Though this is a discovery from the Europeans nations, but let's not wait until it happens to us before we learn, we can find excessive salting in some canned foods like sardines and some processed food, including snacks. Let's not deceive ourselves consuming one or two will actually not cause a cardiovascular disease, but continuous consumption will, and that's why we shouldn't enjoy ourselves to the extent of destroying some organs in our system.

Yeah, nice point and not only salt, even regular intake of sugar without plans for routine exercises to burn it off is very bad for the health. People take excessive canned and bottled drinks, alcohol or sachet hut drinks without knowing it accumulates excess sugar in their body and this leads to diabetes, heart diseases, cardiovascular disease, liver  disease or even cancers as the case may be.

We need to prioritize taking our health seriously because as the saying goes, health is wealth and you achieve more in good health. Prioritizing our health is very rewarding both to us, our family and the environment at large because our sound contributions would be consistent and we give less stress to our loved ones as we knows our health status and health concerns can be tackled at early stages.
