I'm wondering what did HAMAS expected when they started attack against Israel and when they fully depends on supply of food, water, electricity, fuel and etc from Israel. That Israel won't do anything and won't make harsh response? It's nothing surprising that we already hear some talks from them about possible ceasefire.
Worst part of this war that thousands of people in Gaza is affected and they have nowhere to go. Now they only can wait and try to survive another Israel rocket attack. Hamas already knew the consequences of this invasion and they went ahead to engage in it. My heart only goes to the innocent citizens who know nothing about this invasion but a now suffering the consequences. But from what I have watched so far, it seems many people in Gaza support this action by Hamas. Many of them believe Israel deserves to feel the pain Gaza has been going through for a long time. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has stated that this is just the beginning of the bombardment of Gaza which means that citizens will face more hardship and scarcity.

Many people will die of bullets and bombs and more will be killed by hunger and thirst. The best option for people in Gaza is to leave the place and move to neighboring countries. It is also a time for international organisations to step up their humanitarian activities for these innocent citizens. Children, women and civilian men should not be allowed to suffer and die for what they know nothing about.

I've watched a video from someone in the Palestine that has a lot of tanks on their roofs and not just their house but their entire neighborhood and explained that they don't have enough supply of water. And even there's enough supply, the problem is what you've said OP about Israel blocking the tubes and they won't any of it.

This is the real problem here, both of them will just suffer and whoever wins, gets what? Gets that they're stronger than the other? All of them are losing innocent people, children, women, men, elderly and all kinds of these people that have their own beliefs.

See, Hamas did an extraordinarily stupid action. This was like Russia charging into Ukraine and destroying stuff and murdering thousands. But Israel is practically a developed country with its own military complex, which is capable of flattening them in weeks. What else did they expect to happen?

So up until the recent HAMAS attack on Isreal the people of Gaza had very little anyway.
Israel already is in control of everything that was being imported ^{so they thought}, they have

So even though Israel has Air, Land and Sea control of Gaza the people there ^{generally speaking}

Just cutting the most essential supplies to a wide population is not a legitimate action in my view and I am not sure what is they expect that will happen as a result of that. I think human corridors will be opened for civilians to leave through the Rafah border crossing. Those who stay will be risking their lives.

Israel will probably start a clearing operation in the Gaza Strip. They just softened the Hamas positions before going in.

They will probably go from the north and eliminate Hamas and their supporters.

Watching the video of Israeli soldiers shutting off water to the Gaza Strip was heartbreaking. Knowing that so many innocent people are going to be without water and dying of thirst as a result of this conflict is terrible. I have read about the collective punishment people in the Gaza strip are going to suffer, which is unfair, keeping in mind many of them are civilans who may have no political affiliation with Hamas.

There is lot of tunnels in Gaza, leading to Egypt which were used to smuggle weapons and various good and bypass blockade in such way.

In situations like this I just feel sorry for the civilian. Countless lives will be lost due to the actions of a few people. It's so sad.
Aren't there better ways to resolve a conflict? Why do men always think of the annihilation first? War doesn't solve much, it just create a fluke peace hanging by a thin thread. It just leaves people broken and easily manipulated to pick up arms and retaliate.

There may most likely the piper masters somewhere running the show and motivating Hamas to attack, now they have to deal with the consequences. The same people are pressuring Israel to retaliate and hit them hard.
On Fox news today a man made a statement "Do whatever is necessary... level the place". How can we use words like this? There are actual human beings in those places. Do they not see them as humans or what?

During the Syrian war, I remember that the United Nations succeeded in providing aid using crypto to Syrian refugees in a shelter camp in Jordan. A similar initiative also included providing aid to displaced Ukrainians directly affected by the Russian bombing. We all remember the donation campaigns that were launched here in the forum to support those affected by the quarantine period during the spread of the Corona virus epidemic in 2020.

There are always ways to provide support, but only when there is a will to do so. The international community stands cowardly silent today, even to secure some aid, including the Egyptian authorities, who took the initiative to close the Rafah crossing on their part, preventing people from escaping from the oppression of Zionist missiles. I have got the suspicion Israel won't allow Palestinian people to return to Gaza once it has been bombed to the ground and all the terrorist which inhabited there have been killed it forced to leave to Lebanon. They could argue that allowing Palestinian residents to come back there would endanger their security or encourage more terrorist attacks to happen in the future.
Whatever happens, it must be a hell of a situation to be forced to abandon your home and everyone you know to run for your life, because you have been warned your neighborhood is going to be completely erased off existence within 24 hours. The project to settle Palestinians outside their land is not a new proposal. The idea has been on the table since the announcement of the establishment of the State of Israel. In 1951, the Egyptian state entered into discussions with the United Nations to study the feasibility of reconstructing an area of 50,000 acres in North Sinai for the purpose of sheltering the Palestinians, but the project met with popular rejection from the Egyptians and the Palestinians themselves and was canceled by a government decision. Egyptian in 1953. Then in 1955, the agreement was revived in a new form without mentioning that the Palestinians would be resettled, and studies began under it for the possibility of relying on the waters of the Nile River to revive the same area of 50 thousand acres. In 1961, the American administration commissioned Joseph Johnson (an employee of the US State Department) to prepare for a project aimed at the possibility of settling Palestinians outside Palestine, by giving them the choice of returning to Palestine or residing in one of the host countries. This project was not rejected by the Arab countries hosting the Palestinians at that time (Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon), but Israel rejected the idea of giving them a choice between returning or staying and acknowledged the impossibility of their returning to Palestine, and Johnson announced the failure of his project in 1963.

The idea of resettlement has succeeded in many countries, including Jordan, which granted the Palestinians Jordanian citizenship, and Lebanon and Syria, which established camps that later turned into cities inhabited by Palestinian refugees. Since Gaza announced its separation from the PLO, Israel has been seeking for decades to subjugate it by all means or force its people to leave it. What is happening today provides an excuse for Israel to displace the entire population of Gaza, who currently have no place to go. I would not be surprised that there are discussions between Egypt and international parties to shelter those fleeing the bombing in camps in Sinai, and after that it will become easy to transform them into cities inhabited by Palestinians. Egypt is going through economic difficulties, and I do not think that Sisi will reject a tempting offer, even if it is against the will of his people. He had previously handed over the islands of Tiran and Sanafir to Saudi Arabia as part of a deal, and this is confirmation that he can take any step that is in his interest.
