At first everything was fine, it looked like a nice office used for withdrawing money. But today (13.10.2023) I was asked for documents without explanation, I provided them at the same minute! Let me just say that ops post is actually not complete, so it's hard to come to any tangible conclusion yet, op said the casino admins said something inaccurate to him., he did not mention what was said, if he had mentioned what was said to him that he sees as inaccurate, maybe from that, we will get to know if actually indeed, his fund is confiscated for sure as he claimed, or the inaccurate balance on his account is nothing but some bug or error in the casino's user balance system.

I will suggest op share some evidence of his claim, maybe from there, we can pinpoint or get an idea of what actually went wrong.

Which or whatever possibly be the case here, we wait for userU to come on and possibly reach the 500 casino team for what exactly is the problem and the possible solution if actually op is not the one at fault.

No, there is nothing wrong with the balance, I honestly won this money by playing in the casino and betting on sports.

Yes, but they are under no obligation to do so on the forum, as far as I know. So if they don't want to, the only thing left for the OP would be the legal way to claim his money, and for a change they have a Curaçao license, which is not like if you have a similar problem with the bookie on the corner or the casino in your city and you go to the police station or the court to file a lawsuit. It will cost you more to send a claim to Curaçao than the money they withhold.

Your case nows fall on a very delicate spot which is very hard to solve on the forum unless the casino is willing to provide the proof they have that established your connection to other account which the ToS.

There’s no way you can get your profit when you violate the casino ToS but you have the right to receive your original deposit. This casino has an active representative here in the forum that might help everyone here to understand what’s really your case.

The thing is that I live alone. Most often I play outside the home, mainly in cafes or internet clubs.

That's it, this could be the reason one of the internet café where you logged in to play had one player that's abusing the casino, login to that computer, casino will record your location, device that you used and your IP, and but if you claim that you use only use your computer at home and you have no one in household playing in 500.casino then you have a good case.

I ask this out of ignorance. Is this always the case? Can't they claim damages to keep it?

Nope. Far as I know, most casino have it in writing [that the user agreed] on their ToS that if one or two clause were broken, they have the right to confiscate everything. Those who let the "violators" get their fund back were doing so as a good-will, not because they're obligated to do so.

For this specific case, if we assume that OP did violate the ToS, the casino has right to deny any fund that OP owned, it's there in one of their clause,

The suspension or deletion of User accounts shall not entitle Users to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement. In case of heavy misconduct, which include, but are not limited to, exploiting bugs, games or security holes, all account balances of terminated accounts are forfeited in favour of 500 Casino.

As for why they "play on your feeling", I believe [if we suppose the situation here is simply due to that you played on internet cafe] it's a case of departmental communication. It's not that they're intentionally tried to play with their customer, I think it's simply customer support team just get a reply from the security team and provided you with the information provided to them, without being able to look into the log themselves.

Hopefully, this situation can be solved when their representative come and have another look at your case.
