Does bull starts from 2025?
Well, altcoin are not to be trusted though you might predicts for the market to be much higher or above your prediction but sometimes may go sideways whereby you wouldn't expect the results you may see. So if you asked me I can say no one knows when a coin can go 10x or 20x, the only coin I know can go 10x and above is only bitcoin it has the tendency to rise above its previous ATH whenever we go into another bull run. There were lots of altcoin that made much x but after bull run we never smells about them anymore, this shows how we shouldn't rely on altcoin.

You could invest in random altcoins & pray your chips are on the right area of the shitcoin roulette wheel or you could potentially hit lower ROI but a much more guaranteed profit by buying bitcoin & ethereum. Bitcoin will probably 4 or 5 x from here minimum & ethereum will do 8 x from here or something similar. I prefer more guaranteed wins than pinning the tail on the donkey.

According to your title, altcoins that have fallen by 10x in bear market can easily recover during a bull run. From my personal analysis I can say that current market is very risky and solona coin can pump 10×. However, if the bull market starts, roughly speaking, all altcoins will pump a lot. If you want to see a 10x pump, wait until the bitcoin halving. This time will easily cross 10x and expect 30-40x easily in bull market.

Do you make research on basic strategy.

Open chart-price history all-time high and compare from each cycle. Example for bitcoin each rally have 15-20x from all-time low in each cycle and after bullish down around 75-85% from all-time high on each cycle.

No one really know 100% for prediction, but at least you can see these by your research.

It is much easier for altcoins to fall in price than to rise. If something has fallen in price 10 times, it does not mean that the price will soon return to its previous values. There are plenty of altcoins that once cheapened, never managed to repeat their former success. So I'm not sure that Solana will be worth as much in the future as it was worth in 2021. It could be the same story with XRP, where the price of the coin will never reach ATH for many years.

I dunno about those that went 10x below, but I certainly know $MATIC and $BNB have potentials for easy 10Xs. Birget too, and basically every other top CEX. Their token values have dropped a lot recently, and I expect quick retracements when he bulls come.

I think almost of all famous L1 got dropped 10x or more on their current price. Well basically all projects have reallt trimmed down to its ATL or close. So the bear market really kick in on a lot of projects. Solana is one of those that cracks maybe also due to Sam allegiance witht the project. Anyway we just need to find new projects that could do another leg or new season ATH once bull run arrived.

This depends on the coin itself. Is it still running, has adoption continuing to grow, use in the real world, collaboration/cooperation, and other factors. Coupled with Bitcoin dominance, Altcoin moves when BTC dominance also moves. If BTC dominance rises and BTC prices rise, alt will tend to stabilize. If BTC Dominance falls, BTC prices stabilize then altcoins will rise rapidly. If BTC Dominance rises BTC price falls, altcoins will crash/fall sharply.

It's really hard to predict. I meant just because the coin has dropped 10x and it doesn't mean this coin will regain 10x during the bearish market. The thing may be different than it. Let's said that if bitcoin would be doubled or tripled after halving. I think that the possible target for solana to reach around 3 - 4 times from its bottom price. It's caused by there have been also many factors were affecting the hype from the coin. Solana was not as big as before caused by we have too many L1 blockchain exist in the market.

Do remember not every altcoin that went down 10x will climb up by 10x too in the future. Bull market date? Are you sure it's 2025? For what reason? Bitcoin halving? There's no assurance to that and altcoins could stay at their price and not be pulled by Bitcoin anymore. When Bitcoin Spot ETF is approved that will open up opportunity for live trade but it doesn't say live trade for altcoins too so you might want to hold your horses because the bull run that you are expecting might become a different ending.
I am not really monitoring coins that went down that far and I am not targetting them too. I'd like sticking with the old coins and see if they can somehow create demand when Bitcoin goes up in the future. XRP as one my added choices today after their recent news about being injected into a popular game.

While chasing shitcoins for easy gains can be lucrative, it can also be financially destructive. Bitcoin is such a game changing technology and being here this early in the game makes it an incredible investment opportunity. I do not think that it will go up like that, first of all dropping 10x means dropping 90% I assume, if something is 100 dollars and drops 90% that would be 10x to recover, that is probably what OP is talking about right? Even in that case, I would say not a lot of things can drop 90% or more and then go back to what it was.

Yet, if you check the top ranked ones, they will improve a lot eventually and should be good enough, I get that it may not be all that much right now, but that doesn't mean that we are not going to end up with anything that would be different on the long run. I think it is going to be a big deal eventually but we need to give it some time before we could make it go differently, it should be very important.

Usually, with all of these altcoins that have pumped 10x or more than that, it's hard to say that they can be back again at their former shapes and prices.

If you'll go back in the history to look for these altcoins, many of them will be eliminated in your list because they have never recovered anymore.

We'll see if any of the two you have mentioned will do it but I think that it won't be easy for both of them.

I believe most of the altcoin which boomed during the previous bull run has already touched their ATH and it's difficult for these coin to achieve new ATH similarly to the coins like XRP, LTC, XRP, etc which touched it's peak during 2017/2018 bull run and couldn't break it during 2021. There would be new set of coins which has untapped market potential they will be the coins to look for, as to answer your question I feel coins like ICP, SOL, MATIC, ADA & Uniswap may achieve 10x in upcoming bull run (Not predicting).
