Abolishing of whatever gambling ads is not the problem and like you said there is the responsibility of the parents to guide there children properly and show them the right way to grow up until they are of the age to know and understand certain things. It's easier to correct or force a child to do anything while they are still young and does not have freedom and right own they own,  at that point,  is more easier for the parent to be able to guide,  correct,  and controls the actions of their kids,  this is most important because at some point,  it become difficult to achieve such if not at the early stage.
