Of course loyalty dey very important, you can never outgrow your masters, no matter what cos there's always a great level of wisdom that comes with existing in something for a longer period of time. A lot is needed to learn by a new person in this forum and you can't learn it if you turn a proud peacock to your senior men. Loyalty can earn you their guidance and support and even help you rank up faster in the forum. I still submit all my topics for  approval before creating a thread. Suprisingly how some persons will decide to behave wild thinking they have arrived. Honestly, the benefits of being kind and humble is way too much. What humility go fit give you, omo money no go fit give you. Many young people dey see am say if you dey humble, you go lower your self-esteem as a person but no be so the matter really be. Humbleness pays a lot, sometimes the recommendation people get today is because some individuals see them as humble people, I have a friend who worked in a firm, and the head of his department couldn't see any good side of him because the department was a sadist, but the MD of the place has already know the guy as a good and humble young man, a day came when the head of the department wrote to the MD that he needs capable hands to work with not that guy in question, the head of depart pushed for the sack of the young man but Md said no, instead scaling the guy, MD told him to be working with him directly and his salary was increased, my advice is anywhere you find yourself make sure that you behave nice, some people might hate you, some of them will also see that good in you and you will be rewarded soon or later, this will be when you least expect it.

That's true because the only way a student can learn very well is true humility and being humble, although I believe in the saying which states that the student always  surpass the masters but this is only possible  when the student is willing to learn more because the master always has some secrets that he or she doesn't always tell the student know and this logic also implies in the forum here too so the student needs to find out somethings here by him or herself.

The truth is that humility attracts more favour from people,  being humble is a good thing, it takes people to a height in life which they never expected or think they will ever reached.  People feel free to relate with humble people,  if you check out in every organisation or office people with humility tends to do better abd being promoted to higher rank.  The reason why humble tend to gain more favour is because they are friendly to everyone who ate around them .

The way wey some of us take carry this forum for head Sha dey surprise me sometimes.. Anyways, na wetin e go be, Las Las, na God dey help man, no be the other way round.

Still on still, the op talk some sense, me when I join this forum, I joined on my own, Infact, na when I dey search something about bitcoin on Google, one of the search results wey I click carry me enter this forum, I was just following some threads on the forum until about a month when I decided to sign up.

There was no local board then, I was very much into altcoins so the altcoin board was majorly my base...

The Importance of this can never be overestimated. This forum is not just big, nor large, but massive. Its size can only be Imagined. My mentors continue to show me around on the daily and when the need arises. The more I know my whereabouts in the forum and how to properly engage, the more it seems I know nothing compared to the many things that is still left to know. You can never know all, and even if you know past your mentors in some certain areas, you will still need them, and it is advised to keep a good relationship with them as two good heads are surely better than one. There are times when a student has learned enough and turns a colleague to the master.  Yes, it happens, but be a good colleague, respect your one-time mentor and never forget the sacrifice he made for you on your way up. I take the apprenticeship of the Igbos take understand wetin humility really mean. The boy boy dey ready to do anything including chop slap from the oga children so long as say him dey the service. Anything oga talk is a yes even though say e no sweet am for body.  At the end of the day, the oga will settle the boy, guve am contact and everything him need to succeed.
