I've always assumed that most casino streamers were playing with sponsored money. If somebody loses thousands of dollars in a day and comes back to gamble again the next day as if nothing happened wouldn't that seem odd? We see it with crypto youtubers also. They will put on an exaggerated performance to sell you all kinds of products and after a dozen or so rugpulls they still act like the thing they're shilling for is the greatest thing ever. Anytime there is a sponsorship involved with streamers it is very likely you are going to see a curated experience designed to attract new users to a product and not a genuine representation of what an average user might typically see.

Yes, it is a great form of marketing that we are seeing appear on social platforms with many engaged users.

Not only gambling services but also any field can see this method applied, especially since the epidemic period is severe and online access is the only way to connect people together.

Returning to the issue of gambling and especially online gambling, we all know that every year bookmakers spend a lot of money on marketing activities, and hiring these KOLs is a small part of the plan they are aiming for, so there will also be many people with bad intentions who may be willing to spend more money to entice new people to come to them.

Having little experience playing at online casinos, I can't be sure that everything written in this article is true. What do you think about it?

It's very interesting to hear the opinion of experienced players and people who are versed in this subject.

To be honest that is nothing really new, gambling has been part of the streamer community for a long time now. The first time I came across people streaming their gambling adventures and uploading videos to YouTube was back in 2016. It was a huge hype around CSGO skins and everybody wanted to open a case with a knife inside. The wierd thing was that most streamers weren't opening the official cases but rather visiting third party websites that offered their own cases. I always took the statistical approach to these loot boxes and you couldn't fully verify how likely it was go get a knife out of it. But then all these influencers and streamers where getting high value items regularly. It didn't make any sense and I stated away from these websites. After thousands of kids lost all their money it came out that the streamers owned these websites themselves and everything was fake. It was a huge scam after which I stopped believing in streamers and so called influencers. It's just another form of advertising trying to lure in new gamblers.

Whatever it is to get traffic, it is certain that all the money will be spent on promotions and campaigns, whether it be to streamers or influencers, everything will definitely benefit the casino if they are able and dare to spend more money, the more money they spend, the more traffic they will get, like What we see is that there are lots of casino advertising campaigns in sports clubs or athletes and even artists, all to get traffic.

Smart bookies know how to form their marketing team so that building it requires a lot of money to run it, although sometimes not all casinos dare to spend a lot of money to run it because not everyone has the confidence and confidence that what they spend will make a profit big from getting traffic and new gamblers. but the fact is that they are really successful through their online casinos.

What is the use spending say $100 000 000 a month on marketing and having to tweak the RTP so that you get it back and in the process losing gamblers because your RTP is so sucky?

You have to retain the gamblers you get from the marketing and people that keep losing at a casino, will give up and leave. I see this happening at Stake.com, where they spend gazillions on marketing.... but the RTP sucks.  Roll Eyes

Confidence on spending huge money is not the main issue but rather on where to get the capital that they can be use for huge marketing promotion. Most of the successful casino like Duelbits, Stake and Sportsbet is backed by private company with deep pockets that’s why they can afford huge scale marketing to boost their exposure.

Duelbits spend a lot on their major promotion such as Christmas event while maintaining their signature campaign and social media promotion. I believe small casino can compete to this since they have limited budget while players usually choose reputable casino that offers good bonuses and safety.

The first rule in the world of the internet is don't easily believe anything you see on the internet, still have bad feelings about it (keep believing what you have experienced, not what you have just seen), streamers have now become the main job of some people and they are even willing to be paid just to make their viewers feel interested in what they are saying and they do, and it's all fake and what's worse is that currently there are quite a lot of influencers in crypto who make fake videos just to attract the interest of their audience, be careful with the influencers you watch.

Trust no one and this would really be that primary role when dealing on online world on which you would really be that be cautious because tons of users or scammers or fraud that we do have on online.
Even if you arent that dealing with those things, you could also make yourself do get involved with some potential fake things which you would really be that possibly be hooked up and ending up on losing money. Whatever forms it would be then it could possibly be able to get that kind of those things on which you should really be that wary and sensible on what things that needs to be done.
ADjust accordingly and see things whether it is worth to follow or something that needs to be avoided. Its impossible that you cant be able to assess on what are the things
that needs to be done.

Curiosity to win big amount of funds when we are not patient can make us to take bad decisions that could lead us to the hand of fake streamers with the plan of luring us to a fake or scam casinos that would steal our money and have nothing left for us when we make deposit. Most time we might not know the shit we have out ourselves into until we can realize our mistake or make attempt to withdraw funds from the casino.

It is important to ask questions and see other people's response even though it does not make any sense. Those whi are use to asking questions when they are lose in confusion will never miss there way but to those that are not ready to aks questions when they are lost may end up regretting after they finally make mistakes.

Usually beginners will be influenced by the content of fake streamers who promote gambling with the potential for high wins from each bet, the content shared will look convincing so that beginners will be tricked into depositing funds into gambling scams, in fact whatever bet you choose will still lose until you lose the funds. So be careful in browsing casino references on the internet and make sure you access trusted sources to get information on the list of the best reputable casinos, a lot of important information about gambling can be accessed on these forums on gambling boards rather than searching for unreliable sources on search engines.

Streaming sites may be legit but the streamers and their contents are questionable. For the dollar, streamers will do whatever it takes, and considering that the streamers got online to get the dollars makes me even more suspicious on the content the streamers are streaming. Most of the contents we find in the internet today are not regulated and then platforms just open up to these streamers to stream. How can we tell whats real and whats fake. Don't believe everything you see on streaming sites.
Streaming plartforms such as youtube are great ways to educate and get numerous informations about specific things as it borders around the human research and discovery, but also just like the internet everything that has its good side can also be used by criminal and untrustworthy people just to achieve their own aims.

So yes even though we have great streaming tools the manipulation of the streamers themselves has made the whole thing look as if it is not worth the wait and watch since the information that they passed is not accurate or true and it does have an element of consistency in any way.

Streamers are nothing else but players just like you but with the exception that they have many followers on social medias and specifically on their streaming platforms. As I said they are gamblers just like me and you but they will never share their losses. They will only share with you some exceptional moments when they make big wins. What's more interesting is that most of what they share with you is not true and it's all been faked. They are being paid to show you those exceptional moments and in reality they never lose anything.

Indeed. These streamers are sponsored or given a credit to play a certain game to lure the people on how to play and win. They're getting traffic for doing so that is beneficial to the casino and to them too as they're well paid. Using a streamer to spread awareness is also a marketing strategy to attract the gamblers thinking it's not hard to win.

Therefore it's up to their followers if they going to believe or not because what you see is not often the case when you already tried it yourself.

I came across a very interesting article about fake streamers https://www.ltccasino.com/fake-streamers-exposed

Some facts and arguments struck me as very curious. I had never really thought about why nowadays the Twitch and Kick platforms have become so full of people streaming online casinos there.

Having little experience playing at online casinos, I can't be sure that everything written in this article is true. What do you think about it?

It's very interesting to hear the opinion of experienced players and people who are versed in this subject.
Nowadays every casino tries to conduct a competitive business and consequently they don't dare to spend money everywhere in the promotional field. Nowadays fake steamers create various gambling events to attract the attention of the gamblers so that the gamblers get inspired and come back to gambling again. And streamers can also benefit more. Streamers get paid by the casino and they also get paid by various video platforms. Considering all these factors, there are many streamers who are not all real. There are few who work only for streaming but mostly the work is done by fake streamers.

Most casinos right now are part of their marketing strategy is having streamers playing on their platform, those streamers are getting paid and have different funds for playing for their streams, This money are can easily spendable to them solely they cant withdraw and I don't know if they win the money they will give it back or use for another live streaming for the next day. This case now will depends on the streamers because at the end their goal is getting paid just to promote the platform, and I guess its better if the casino is scamming the streamers who promote those will be sued by the players. One of the factor why they cant arrest them because its crypto and some of the country does not have a full authorization with it, The only they can do is file a case, and will depends if they will be caught by the authorities of their countries.

Streamers get paid by the casino and they also get paid by various video platforms. Considering all these factors, there are many streamers who are not all real. There are few who work only for streaming but mostly the work is done by fake streamers.

They usually do that to make sure that those gamblers who follow their channel is registered under their referral link that's why they usually help some series of events then potentially in long term they can still get something from them especially if those users will continue to gamble. There's so many ways for them to earn so if we are skeptical about them and didn't always go with anything they want to offer then much better if we could just unfollow them.

For sure we can't get anything good from them so much better to ignore there channels so that we can get more cleaner browsing and filter those good channels to follow. I know sometimes they are entertaining but that's their job and how they attract people so for sure they do all of that to gain supporters.

~ streamers have now become the main job of some people and they are even willing to be paid just to make their viewers feel interested in what they are saying and they do, and it's all fake and what's worse is that currently there are quite a lot of influencers in crypto who make fake videos just to attract the interest of their audience, be careful with the influencers you watch.

What they do is not necessarily fake, but they just give the ability to attract people, hence the "influence" part as consequences came along. They know the pain point and, specifically the weakness of their audience's psychology. They have all the data related to what content works and what does not. They know what kind of concepts drive the most profit for both themselves and the client.

They can adjust and cooperate with that kind of content that drives the viewers to achieve their client's campaign. It just naturally of how it works. The problem with OP is rather the unethical practices.

It's actually near impossible for someone watching to determine whether the person who is playing online casinos is paid to do so or doing it from their own money. However logic dictates that there would be a tiny amount of genuine players, who are funding it themselves as a "hobby", are actually running these sort of channels. Poker sites are probably the exception, because there is a genuine level of skill and talent involved in this game, however even that can be rigged in many ways if the intention is to draw in new players (showing a higher number of wins than you might expect). However streamers putting out content where they just play slots all day should be considered highly suspicious, frankly I don't know how anyone finds them interesting.

Therefore it's up to their followers if they going to believe or not because what you see is not often the case when you already tried it yourself.
I'm sure every follower probably knows that streamers do business with casino owners so winnings seem easy to manipulate, that's what makes it possible for most people to probably also feel defeat after experiencing it because what they see is that the big wins that streamers and influencers play are purely business, not winning. what is really real, the average win is fake.

There are also those who faithfully watch it because they are waiting for the giveaway that is given and not because they want to watch the fake win and there are also beginners who are new to playing and even new to gambling, usually they will believe that it is a real win but usually they will change their minds after they gamble because of it, sometimes the reality is bitterer than what is shown with decorations that look sweet.

Many social media platforms are now flooded with live online casino streams. The strategy of these influencers is first to lose a bit of money and then suddenly win a large sum. This helps them attract new gamblers to try these online casinos. However, it is unclear whether these online casinos are scripted, as these scenarios seem to play out similarly every time. I'm against it because some of their viewers are still minors. What if those minors bet their allowances? And still, some children are too young to understand the risk of betting. Juveniles are curious about the feeling of winning like their idols on social media, so they might copy those influencers and lose a significant amount of money.
I thought they are restricted before? But yeah I also spot it. I guess this will lead for the Twitch to re-allow gambling streaming again on their platform. It depends on the streamer. Some I see can just lose until the end while some are like that you described. Maybe some are genuine because when we play, we also get the same pattern. I think it's possible to tell if the stream is staged or not.

Usually, you can spot it in their reaction. Great that you are concerned about the minors but also the adults too because they can also get tempted and they might lose their control. The only thing that we can do as a parent is monitor our kids and educate them about the hazards of gambling.
